Schöne und praktische Einrichtung. Tolle Lage, schöner Blick. Gutes Bett. Bei Problem mit TV kam schnelle und freundliche Hilfe.
Heizung im Bad fehlte noch. TV nur über Kabel, keine Bedienungsanleitung und Kanalliste. Schalter im Treppenhaus falsch verdrahtet.

Tolle Lage, sehr große Altbauwohnung mit Flair, wir (3 Personen mit Hund) hatten wirklich Platz genug. Mitten im Herzen von Stade, trotzdem ganz ruhig. Große Küche. Einchecken unkompliziert mit Schlüsselbox. Die online Betreuung vorab funktionierte gut. Wir würden wieder hier buchen.
Es fehlte Bettwäsche und Handtücher für die dritte Person. Die enge Wendeltreppe ins Schlafzimmer hoch ist gewöhnungsbedürftig und sicher nicht jedermanns Sache.

The location is central. The apartment was very clean and well organised. The managers were very attentive to our needs over email and checkin/checkout was very easy.
Thus is not a criticism of the apartment but for people arriving by car it’s an important topic. There are very restricted parking chances in central Stade because most of the inner part is pedestrian only. The parking instructions could be updated to include the parking area near the fish and chips place, which we found the most convenient option. There are many construction areas on Harschenflether Weg and I would not recommend parking there - this seems to be outdated info.
