Die Lage ist sehr gut. Die Altstadt von Stade ist bezaubernd. Direkt am alten Hafen und doch sehr Ruhig. Wohnung sehr sauber und gepflegt. Nette Vermieterin.

Die Parkmöglichkeiten sind schwierig. Dritter Stock kein Aufzug und enges Treppenhaus.

Wir hatten das Apartement in der dritten Etage, welches sehr schön und geräumig ist. Das Apartement ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man benötigt. Die Lage der Unterkunft direkt am Fischmarkt von Stade war für uns perfekt.

Das Bad ist sehr klein für eine Wohnung, die für vier Personen ausgelegt ist.

Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Jederzeit wieder, nur nicht in der 3.Etage :) :)

Das Apartment liegt in der historischen Altstadt. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind schnell zu erreichen.

Das einzige was ein wenig unschön gewesen ist, das wir in die 3.Etage mußten. Mit Koffern ist es schon ein kleiner Kraftakt :)

Die ganze Abwicklung war total unkompliziert.Hinterm Haus gab es gleich einen Parkplatz für uns, die Vermieterin ist super freundlich und aufmerksam, die Wohnung ist hell freundlich/modern eingerichtet hat einen tollen Schnitt und die Lage und der Blick sind für uns der Hammer gewesen.

Die tolle Lage in der Altstadt Netter Kontakt zu der Vermieterin

Die extrem steile Treppe in die Dachgeschoss Wohnung. Es gab kein Geländer zum festhalten. Für ältere Menschen oder nicht so sportliche Menschen ein Unding. Wir hatten große Not mit dem Gepäck….sowohl rauf als auch runter. Die Parksituation war auch sehr sehr schlecht. Der eine winzige Parkplatz müsste eigentlich selbstverständlich im Mietpreis enthalten sein! Ansonsten gestaltet sich die An und Abreise äußerst schwierig. Das enge Bad war auch grad mal so ausreichend.

Tolle Ferienwohnung für einen Städtetrip nach Stade.

Die Lage der Unterkunft war super, direkt im Zentrum von Stade und alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Toll war auch, dass wir direkt hinter dem Haus einen Parkplatz dazu buchen könnten. Die Wohnung ist auch schön eingerichtet und sehr gepflegt. Das Bad und die Dusche waren sehr sauber.

Wir sind mit zwei kleinen Kindern angereist (1 und 3 Jahre) und wir wussten, dass die Wohnung nicht speziell auf Kinder ausgelegt war, trotzdem haben uns die "weiten" Wege von Küche zu Esstisch nicht gefallen. Ohne Kinder oder mit großen Kindern wäre das nicht schlimm gewesen. Oberflächlich sah die Wohnung pikobello sauber aus, als unser Kleiner aber rumgekrabbelt ist, hatte er eine richtig staubige Hose. Für Paare oder Familien mit großen Kindern (ab etwa 10 Jahre) können wir die Wohnung trotzdem sehr empfehlen.

Uns hat alles gefallen! Danke an die freundliche und entgegenkommende Vermieterin! Die Lage ist zentral und doch so ruhig, dass man mit geöffneten Fenstern schlafen konnte. Die Ausstattung ist in allem prima. Die Betten sind hervorragend. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Sehr zu empfehlen 👍

Der Aufenthalt hat uns gefallen.

Die Lage war perfekt ', direkt am Fischmarkt und doch sehr ruhig. Die Betten waren sehr bequem, auch für die 2 Personen, die auf der Couch in der Stube schliefen. Küche war mit allem ausgestattet! Man hatte einen tollen Ausblick von der Stube.

Die Vorhänge in der Stube waren etwas knapp, sodass sich die Sonne ihre Bahn an den Seiten suchte und so die Helligkeit das Schlafen am Morgen beeinträchtigte. Ebenso die weiße Markise am Fenster als Blickschutz.Im Schlafzimmer hätte ich mir noch ein Hakenbrett zum Anhängen der Kleidung an der Tür gewünscht. Es ging da recht eng zu , denn ein Stuhl zum Ablegen der Sachen passte nicht mehr hinein.

Es war ein sehr schöner Kurzurlaub in einer sehr schönen Ferienwohnung direkt im Zentrum von Stade.

Es war alles da, was man in einer Ferienwohnung benötigt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Die Lage war hervorragend, alles was man zum Leben braucht, war fußläufig zu erreichen. Auch wenn man lieber Essen geht als selbst zu kochen, was in der Wohnung problemlos möglich wäre, findet man für jeden Geschmack das Richtige, ohne lange Wege gehen zu müssen.

Aus Altersgründen war das Erreichen der Wohnung etwas mühsam. Es ging über drei Treppen in das Dachgeschoss, wo sich die Wohnung befand. Natürlich kann man das auf keinen Fall der Vermieterin anlasten. Es ist eine Gegebenheit, die nicht zu ändern ist und daher rein subjektiv gemeint ist.

Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet. Es ist alles vorhanden und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Schöne Wohnung, toll gelegen, aber im 2. Stock und nur über eine steile Treppe zu erreichen!

Die Wohnung ist optimal gelegen; der Blick auf den Hansehafen ist kaum zu toppen! Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll; die Betten sind bequem. Überhaupt bietet die Wohnung alles, was man auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt benötigt.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im zweiten Stock und ist nur über eine recht schmale, sehr steile Treppe ohne Handlauf (!) zu erreichen! Für jüngere Leute dürfte das kein Problem sein, aber, wenn man die 70 überschritten hat, würde man gerne vor der Buchung wissen, was auf einen zukommt!

Zentrale Lage, man ist mittendrin in der Altstadt, mit Blick auf den Fischmarkt. Die Wohnung wurde neu renoviert, gut ausgestattet, mit fast allem was man braucht. Bett war bequem.

Das Schlafzimmer war zum Hinterhof, daher ruhig. Sonst alles gut.

Nach Anfrage wo man die Waschmaschine findet, bekamen wir keine Antwort. Zur Info für die kommenden Gäste: die Waschmaschine befindet sich im Kellerabteil der Wohnung! Nächste Info für die kommenden Gäste: vom gemieteten Parkplatz hat man den kürzesten Weg zu Wohnung.
