Great place to stay in a beautiful little town. Highly recommended.

I can't think of a better location in Stade. This was simply the heart of the old town. Excellent location walking distance to many nice restaurants, etc.

Given the type of the building structure the place needs a stronger WiFi signal. The main issue is in the area none of the German telecom providers have a good reach (which is in fact not he fault of the property and more of a general problem in most of small German cities) but then you get easily cut of if you need to look online for a restaurant, etc.

The location of the apartment is perfect. Right in the centre of the old town. The apartment is very beautifully decorated and has everything you need to enjoy a stay in Stade. It has two toilets which was a great plus. The availability of the parking facility is very handy.

It wasn't very clear which apartment in the building it was as there were no door numbers on the door.

Lage, Lage, Lage… Perfekt. Naher Tiefgaragenstellplatz zubuchbar. Waschtrockner und Spülmaschine.

Es fehlten Kleinigkeiten bei der Küchenausstattung (wenig Besteck, keine Salatschüssel). Sehr instabiles WLAN.

Aus der Lage ließe sich bei wenig Aufwand was tolles machen.

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Badezimmer auch gut. Viele Gastronomiebetriebe in direktem Umfeld, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sehr gut. Tolles Stadtbild.

Zu wenig Besteck und Geschirr, Sitzmöglichkeiten passen nicht zu den Tischhöhen, Schlafsofa kippt bei einseitiger Belastung um, insgesamt nur 2 Fenster mit Aussensicht (zugeklebt), Parksituation für Fremde völlig unübersichtlich

La ville de Stade : centre historique magnifique et proximité d'une gare permettant de rayonner facilement sans voiture vers Hambourg, Lübeck, Cuxhaven puis Helgoland, Brême... Logement spacieux et calme, la chambre donnant sur une cour intérieure possibilité de garage sous-terrain à proximité.

Sehr unkomplizierter und angenehmer Kurzurlaub im Stader Quartier!

Die sehr zentrale und dennoch ruhige Lage war super, um Stade zu erkunden.

Das Doppelbett war nicht sehr groß und leider viel zu weich für unsere Schlafgewohnheiten.

Für einen Kurzaufenthalt in Stade bestens geeignet.

Gute Lage direkt in der Altstadt, zu Fuß eine Minute in die Fussgängerzone. Einrichtung sehr geschmackvoll.

Die Wohnung ist etwas dunkel, bedingt durch die Altbausituation. Die folierten Fenster zur Straße als Sichtschutz sind etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig und nehmen zusätzlich Licht.
