Lage, Lage, Lage… Perfekt. Naher Tiefgaragenstellplatz zubuchbar. Waschtrockner und Spülmaschine.
Es fehlten Kleinigkeiten bei der Küchenausstattung (wenig Besteck, keine Salatschüssel). Sehr instabiles WLAN.

La ville de Stade : centre historique magnifique et proximité d'une gare permettant de rayonner facilement sans voiture vers Hambourg, Lübeck, Cuxhaven puis Helgoland, Brême... Logement spacieux et calme, la chambre donnant sur une cour intérieure possibilité de garage sous-terrain à proximité.

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Badezimmer auch gut. Viele Gastronomiebetriebe in direktem Umfeld, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sehr gut. Tolles Stadtbild.
Zu wenig Besteck und Geschirr, Sitzmöglichkeiten passen nicht zu den Tischhöhen, Schlafsofa kippt bei einseitiger Belastung um, insgesamt nur 2 Fenster mit Aussensicht (zugeklebt), Parksituation für Fremde völlig unübersichtlich
