There are some good points about the apartment, like fantastic location, good size, and design.
The bedroom is good, and quiet. We slept well and we think the apartment has nice windows and airflow
There are a few concerns… it is not well maintained for example the Tv is not secured well to the wall, is on an angle, and the washing machine spin cycle failed to remove water from clothes. It is also not a practical set up in the bathroom, there is no shelving, hooks or towel rails in the bathroom (where are you supposed to hang towels?) It seems the kitchen looks ok in pictures but is not really intended for cooking or storing food and no tea towel provided.
Finally the parking has limitations based on car size as you use an elevator and a metal box sticking out above car space 1 which was the same height as the roof of our car.
