Está muy bien ubicado, el barrio es tranquilo, pero tienes de todo cerca, supermercados, bares… El apartamento es muy limpio, el aire es mejor que no esté en la habitación porque así no te da directamente cuando duermes y puedes dormir fresquito. Tiene un montón de menaje para cocinar. Te dejan de cortesía dos pastillas de lavavajillas y una de lavadora. Para desayunar o tomarte el café cuando llegas tienes cápsulas de cortesía para la cafetera.

La entrada al apartamento es bastante tétrica, vive gente, no es un edificio turístico entero y el patio está súper descuidado, según entras hay mucho olor a humedad, también huele un poco a cañería en la habitación cuando llegas después de pasar el día. Las escaleras son tremendas, hay un tramo de maderas con el que me enganche bajando la maleta y casi me caigo… es bastante peligroso, deberían tener cuidado con eso. Si no vas a volver al apartamento varias veces al día bueno… pero si piensas comer allí o tienes niños pequeños es imposible, si vas con pareja o amigos bien pero para ir una vez al día y no con mucho equipaje.

The location of the apartment was good- close to the city highlights, restaurants, and grocery stores. The apartment was clean upon arrival and well-furnished. The beds & pillows were comfortable. The apartment includes a dishwasher, washing machine, and an air conditioning unit in the living room. The kitchen included dishes and cooking utensils. Entry to the building and apartment are through an app that needs to be dowloaded and set up prior to arriving.

I was aware that the unit did not have an elevator and packed accordingly. However, I did not expect the second set of stairs to be a deteriorating wooden staircase; this staircase especially felt unsafe and needs to be renovated or replaced as soon as possible. Although the property included an air conditioning unit, the condensation drains into a jug outside, which needs to be emptied 2-3 times each day, depending on use. If it's not emptied properly, the condensation drips inside the apartment. Instructions for this need to be included in the welcome information, to avoid water leaking into the apartment. The bathroom is spacious, however, the shower is very tiny and would benefit from a caddy or shelf. The kitchen did not have any of the basics that I expected- spices, oils, dish sponges, etc, so I had to purchase all of those.

La situation dans le centre historique et à 200 mètres de la mer ! Rue très calme ! Ambiance locale , une boulangerie à 300 mètres ! Un très bon équipement de l’appartement (cuisine,..) Le service à distance s’est très bien passé (code d’accès,..)

Rien de spécial à dire si ce n’est un escalier pour monter aux chambres qui est très abrupte donc personne avec mobilité réduite ou jeunes enfants: s’abstenir ou des efforts à faire !! De plus , Il demanderait une bonne rénovation , il a bien vieilli !

Las zonas comunes del edificio muy sucias y sin mantenimiento. Las escaleras del primer al segundo piso son viejas de madera, con carcoma sin tratar. Además de tener una pendiente muy marcada y unos escalones muy pequeños. No son aptas para todo el mundo. Y son peligrosas.
