Niewygodna kanapa w salonie

La estancia ha sido en general muy agradable. El apartamento está ubicado en un edificio señorial con muchísimo encanto en el centro de Cadiz, lo que permite acceder a pie a todos los lugares de interés. Además, en todo momento hemos recibido una atención muy buena y han atendido nuestras peticiones con amabilidad y rapidez. Destacar la limpieza, la decoración del apartamento y especialmente el colchón del dormitorio, muy cómodo. También es de agradecer que el edificio sea muy tranquilo y no haya ruidos, lo que permite descansar perfectamente. El aire acondicionado funciona muy bien y permite estar cómodamente en el apartamento incluso con calor.

El sofá cama resulta bastante incómodo. Los cojines también estaban algo deteriorados y presentaban cierta suciedad, por lo que sería recomendable renovarlos o hacerles un buen mantenimiento. Asimismo, sería valorable prestar un poco más de atención al menaje: únicamente había dos copas de cristal y, además, eran diferentes entre sí. Son pequeños detalles, pero cuidar estos aspectos marcaría una diferencia en la experiencia. Por ultimo, al tratarse de un apartamento situado en un bajo, resulta algo oscuro y apenas entra luz natural, excepto en la zona del salón, con el techo acristalado que permite la entrada de luz por la mañana.

The property is in a lovely building and it was good you had access to the roof to hang washing and as we were travelling as a family.

The flat is probably best geared for a couple and perhaps a little cramped for a family of four and when the sofa bed is in use / out - there is limited comfy space to relax, however facilities in place like a washer. The bathroom is located off the only bedroom which means that any use of the bathroom has to travel through the bedroom, and it would be preferable to come off a communal area for a family staying. We also had the misfortune to leave a sentimental child’s pillow, handmade and named, and clearly not rubbish, and which we think fell down the back of the sofa bed - this was recovered but THROWN AWAY by the cleaner and tainted our experience in Cádiz immeasurably. An excellent accommodation service starts before arrival and continues after departure, and while the vender was transparent and sympathetic, and we accept responsibility for leaving the item, the cleaners actions here were incomprehensible and lead to considerable heartache.
