Estar perto do centro histórico de Cadiz.
Fraca rede e Wi-Fi e algum barulho dos andares de cima e baixo.

For us it was only one night stay, so it was OK. For longer stays I would not recommend it.
- Windows are in the level of the streets. - Basic equipment is hard to find or doesn't exist

Location and most important it was clean
It had everything needed for a short or long stay, i will suggest a bit of extra ventilation ( a bigger window ) to let natural air coming into the flat.
