Everything apart from the fact that there was no WI-FI and international guests should be updated on the different sockets.

Excellent location, right in the city centre. Great shower.
Wifi connection was extremely unstable and it was very difficult to work, especially during the day. This problem was reported and unfortunately not solved.

Modern & comfy
When I arrived the apartment was not ready for me. It was used as a storage room for furniture from another apartment. I had to wait for somebody to come and pick that stuff. I wanted to quickly go explore the city but I had to stay for about 1,5h in the apartment for that. That’s unacceptable, the apartment shouldn’t be available for last minute bookings if it wasn’t ready. Then another strange thing happened, when that was solved and I was finally leaving the apartment there was a huge fridge outside just at my entrance door. Another place used as storage.. It was hard for me to leave the apartment and I had to contact the same person again which was bothering. Also, I booked that place because it looked perfect for workations and it said to have good internet connection in the whole place. That was not true. I had severe problems with the internet. It would come and go. I had to use data from my phone but that was not enough to work. It took them several hours to fix it and they didn’t offer any other solution nor compensation even though I lost about 4 hours of work in total that I had to recover later.. That was a true disaster and I was so stressed. At the end, I asked for some extra time for the check out because of those issues so that I could finish work in peace at least on that day.. They refused, they offered me just 10 min more. nevertheless the cleaning lady knocked at my door at 12.00.
