Muy amplio y buen ubicado, el parking justo se encuentra en frente del apartamento. El apartamento es totalmente exterior da a la Avd. La playa está justo detrás, andando son 5 min, hay un chiringuito en la playa que se come estupendamente. Para ir a Puerta tierra tienes justo debajo la parada del autobús. Al estar en la Avd. hay muchos comercio y en la cafeteria de al lado del portal se desayuna muy bien. La camarera de pisos muy amable y simpática.
No hay mosquiteras, habían mosquitos y arañitas, pero con enchufes lo arreglamos. Es un 3º sin ascensor

Esta bien situado justo en el centro cerca de paradas, taxi, autobuses
Mal cuidado. Las puertas bufadas de la humedad, la mampara del baño no se abre bien. En una habitación han cerrado el balcón para hacerla mas grande y si llueve se escucha mucho las gotas q caen del techo, pk esta cerrado con una plancha de aluminio. Esta mal aislado, mucho ruido en esa habitación
