Las vistas y la ubicación
La verdad que le hace falta una buena limpieza/reforma. Si estuviese más moderno ya sería top. La cama súper incómoda y pequeña, faltan espejos. La ducha incómoda, alguien con sobrepeso o embarazada no cabe… la verdad que necesita una renovación el apartamento completo.

Buena ubicación y fácil aparcamiento cerca. Edificio y zona muy tranquilos. Muy bonitas las vistas desde las terrazas. Hay espacio para toda la familia y la cocina está muy bien. Poder entrar desde la web o con las llaves es un plus.
La entrada a la ducha es pequeñísima, soy delgada y entraba justa de lado. También eché de menos una cafetera eléctrica. Faltaba algo de limpieza a fondo.

Consigliamo solamente di mettere un oscurante alla finestra della cucina poiché la stanza è usata anche per dormire.

De ligging, overal dichtbij.
Jammer als je op het balkon zat, de zee niet kon zien. Staand wel. Miste een boodschappen karretje. Wasmachine centrifugeerde niet goed. Oja ruimte douche mag 10 cm breder. Verder echt super. Wil zo wel weer terug!
