The apartment was Ok. An information pack with details of bus and tram stops, nearest supermarket, taxi phone numbers, how to work telly..Extra toilet o/s bathroom needed
The shutters were down in the main bedroom and couldnt be opened. When we arrived at 2.30, we were due at 3pm the place hadnt been cleaned dirty towels and bedding left on floor and beds. Spoke with Daniel who was very helpful and arranged for cleaner to come. He arrived, we went out for an hour and returned to find he had only left one lot of clean bedding.
