The whole space was incredible, beautiful quiet location with a view of the mountains as you walk down the driveway. Super clean facilities, and comfy beds.

Overall was good value for money

The property was spacious, well-maintained, located in nice area, helpful and fast contact with the landlord

was little bit dirty, the pipes in the toilet and faucet got clogged easily - as if they were not cleaned/blocked well

While the place is nice I wouldn’t stay again, it’s to far from everything and the construction seems it will be ongoing

Good air conditioning

Construction happening right in-front of the villas, this was not mentioned in the booking anywhere, our water and electricity got cut off for almost a whole day with very little notice. Lots of stairs in the villa with 3 floors. Quite far from the Main Street of Ao nang and is about 20 minutes walk to the main parts.

The owner is amazing the villa is beautiful, we had new towels and sheets almost every day which was perfect. They are always on call anytime and so fast responses

Spacious, comfortable, strategic place. Each room has towels, hair dryer. 500m to 7-11 & Lotus. 2km to Ao Nang beach. Staff are very friendly, helpful and can communicate in English too. 👍 Each unit has big umbrella too 👍👏🏻

Understand it’s difficult to maintain well but overall still good good. Need to maintain some furniture and so on in the house. Perhaps bit difficult to get tuk tuk for big group but able to use Grab.

Excellent for families

The place is recommended for family or group of 10 people. Very neat, well maintained and well furnished. All the rooms are well maintained. We did not miss the feel of a luxurious hotel and also has a homely feel. The beach is about 2kms from the villa. Our stay at the villa was very pleasant and memorable. Thank you.

I love how modern and accurate the property matching the pictures and the location is great!

The noise of construction. I was informed the construction would start from 10am-5pm but they started at 8am and usually the drill went on pass 5pm. It was very difficult to catch some sleep and I wish I was informed that prior to arrive.

The property is spacious and my family members love it. And beds and pillows are so comfy! The host is so friendly & attentive to us. She replied FAST which is very impressive!

The location of the property is kind of not easy to find and grab drivers there seem took time to find the exact location. The swimming pools are not so clean & with insects in it, probably because of the forestry surroundings. And we stayed for 3 nights but water bottle was not replenished and the Xiao Mi water filter was spoilt.

all of it from exterior , interior , amenities and location wise . The bed was super comfy . Smooth check in and check out . My kids like the private pool so much.

Nous avons séjourné dans cette villa et c’était vraiment super ! Tout était impeccable, très propre et bien entretenu. La villa est agréable, confortable et on s’y sent tout de suite à l’aise. Le quartier est également très bien situé, proche de tous les commerces et pas loin de la plage, ce qui est vraiment pratique. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et nous recommandons sans hésitation !

Gute Lage

Nie wieder. Außen Pfui innen Pfui. Schimmelige Zimmer. Betten klamm und schimmelig. Nicht funktionierende Türen. Wir hatten Villa A3. Volle Katastrophe. Pool dreckig und nicht gepflegt. Die ist unerträglich laut. Sehr hellhörig. Man hört jedes Wort von den Nachbarn. Ich verstehe nicht die ganzen guten Bewertungen.
