This was our first stay in Thailand, and the welcome we received here was truly amazing. The villa was perfect for our family (7 people), with a beautiful pool and very comfortable surroundings. The on-site restaurant offered A+ food quality, and while it comes at an extra cost, it was absolutely worth it. The location is excellent, just a short drive of about 10 minutes to Ao Nang Beach. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. Overall, it was a fantastic first experience in Thailand and a place we would happily return t

Peaceful stay

It was a nice quiet stay and the rooms were lovely and spacious. The pool was nice. They gave us fresh water everyday which was a nice touch.

There wasn’t enough sun loungers around the pool. The location is good if you have a scooter but they did have a free shuttle service to ao nang which was good but would be nice if they did it a few more times during the day.

A nice green getaway near Ao Nang beach

It's a peaceful complex with small chalets and a bigger building with a nice pool and a restaurant. And a big plus is that they can arrange different trips and transfers at reasonable prices. The host is very helpful and speaks good english. It's a nice walk to the Ao Nang beach ( abt 2,5km) but the hotel has also free transfer to the centre&back at fixed times.

Some rooms could feel more comfortable, if they had a bit more furniture, like small cupboards and sockets beside bed, a mirror and some shelves or wardrobe in the bedroom. Especially if you travel with a big suitcase and stay there a week or longer:)

Wonderful stay. The staffs are amicable & accomodating. The property is well maintained. Villa was neat & tidy. We got the rentals (scooty) from the place itself so no hassles there as well. The place is 10 mins away from the main beach via scooters but it's worth it. All in all, strongly recommend. Would love to stay here again!

I take villa with 4 rooms, the villa are big and comforatable for my big family. You have small kitchen to use. Pool are nice and big, can relax. The staff are friendly, i forgot to ask her name. She are nice, I ask help to servey the price and arrange private boat to island, she help very much, anser all my question in politely. Just like long friends already. The pool is amazing. It's in a good location. The team is kind. There are beautiful gardens and outdoor relaxation facilities. There is a free ride to the beach. There is a water supply.

The mattresses are very firm—it's hard to sleep on them. The shower is small between the 2 rooms. The small kitchen in the entry hallway is not comfortable. There are many mosquitoes.

Booked 4 nights, left after 1 night.

Staff seemed friendly during checkin.

No AC in the living room and it got super hot, only ac in the bedrooms. Front door locked but the door did not close all the way. TV did not work and batteries missing from remotes. (No big deal since we did not plan on watching much tv during our stay.) Furniture and appliances are damaged, dated and worn. Walls are dirty and have stains of mosquitoes that were squished. Bathroom smelled very musky, drain was not cleaned, was full of hair and old soap. Beds are rock hard, almost like sleeping on wood. We paid and booked our stay for 4 nights. During our first night we decided that we would checkout the next day and find a different hotel since we did not feel like we wanted to stay on this property any longer.

Great place for a family or group.

VERY nice apartment with all amenities we needed in the kitchen, rooms, and surrounding area. Our family of 3 adults stayed in #25 and there was plenty of room for us with space to be together and have privacy as needed. The gardens and pool were a nice treat. Beer and his staff are impeccable about cleanliness of the grounds and help with anything you need. We rented motorbikes from them and it was a much better experience than renting from other renters in town. Great place, value, staff, and neighborhood. All around a lovely time for our family. I highly recommend. We will be back!!

Pleasant but wouldn’t stay there again. Expensice for what you actually got.

The bed was very comfy and the staff were extremely friendly. We were given fresh towels and water daily, our room was cleaned daily too.

There was urine all over the “cleaned” toilet and the location isn’t the best. There were a lot of bugs in the bungalow too.
