Our family of 5 had a fantastic 5 night stay at Pimann Buri Villas. Although out of town, this has its advantages, and the free shuttle service is very convenient and efficient using a simple whatsapp messaging service. The villas are beautiful, clean, private and very well serviced. The kids loved the pool. Breakfast served in the villa adds to the relaxed holiday with service included. I just left a couple of suggestions for a couple of potential very minor improvements. I also recommend dinner or lunch at least once as well, which is reasonably priced and excellent quality. Thank you to all of the staff for your exceptional hospitality over the past 5 days.

We are a family of 3 (F46, F21, M48) and booked a 2-bedroom villa staying from Feb. 26 - Mar. 6, 2024, for vacation. We used the Villas' airport shuttle to get in from the airport and it was a very smooth process. Our villa looked absolutely nothing like the images presented here on hotels.com. It was much older and in poor condition compared to the images shown online. Immediately upon entering, the smell slapped us in the face. After walking through the rooms, we noticed every room had a plug-in air freshener (the main living room had a few plus a large floor oil diffuser plugged in). It was overwhelming and not in a good way. After we unplugged all of the air fresheners on the first night, we woke up the next morning to the smell of mildew throughout the house - I imagine that's why they have so many plug-ins around the house. There were mosquitos inside the back bedroom with little marks on the sheets and walls where they had been previously smashed. A dead lizard on the floor in the back bedroom. The windows and doors do not shut all of the way so it never feels cool and it's easy for mosquitos and other critters to get in. The furniture was old and very used. The shower head in the main bath would not stay mounted on the wall. The breakfast made by the staff was good and the staff were super friendly and accommodating. We ended up leaving on day two because we just couldn't stomach the smell - not ideal for allergies - felt gross/unclean.

We stayed for 3 nights in a 2 bedroom villa with pool. The villa was clean and large. There is complimentary snacks and water which get re-stocked every day. The villas are situated away from the main drag but the complimentary shuttle which is available anytime is only a 10 minute ride away. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The pool was great to cool off in. Only 8 villas so nice and quiet

Just had 7 nights in 3 bedroom delux villa. it was fantastatic. The villa was modern and clean with a great private pool. The staff are amazing always there to help with any request. From breakfast delivery by chefs to the staff around the villas. You are always greeted with a smile. A special mention to the transport drivers. They drop you off and pick you up in AoNang at short notice. We were dropped to specific restaurants and picked up. Nothing was ever a problem. I cant recommend Pimann Buri enough and would stay again in a hearbeat.

We wanted to have privacy and somewhere a bit further from the hustle and bustle. This was a perfect location! It offered us plenty of privacy mixed with such convenience because the staff of this hotel makes sure you are well taken care of. They helped us with some errands, they drove us into Ao Nang beach and made sure all of our needs were assisted with. We felt like royalty and would absolutely recommend this place. The villas are well kept, very clean and can accommodate more than a couple. There is a small kitchen area with fridge, stove, toaster, microwave and tea pot. We just loved it and would certainly go back upon a next visit in Ao Nang.

I had an amazing stay at beautiful Pimann Buri with my family.It was our 1st trip to Krabi & when right from the time we reached the airport,the driver was waiting promptly for us.When we reached our villa,we were literally dropped right at our gate which was a pleasant surprise.All the checking in was done in the villa itself.And what was even more awesome is that they upgraded us to a 2 bedroom villa when initially I just requested a rollaway bed for my sis. Breakfast was served daily in our villa itself which made us feel like royalty.We requested for BBQ dinner which was also prepared for us in the villa itself.The delicious servings were more than enough for 3 adults.There is also a small kitchen that has all the essentials like fridge, kettle & microwave which makes it convenient in case guests want to do some minor cooking or to reheat leftover food from breakfast which were in very generous portions. My kids obviously loved the villa cos we have our own private pool complete with giant unicorn & watermelon floats haha. Staff was friendly & service provided was excellent.Highly recommended! Since they gave a VIP membership card to entice guests to return, I definitely would opt for Pimann Buri if I were to ever go back to Krabi. 😄

Pretty good stay, albeit with some good and.m bad.. the service was excellent and pool was great. Downside was that some areas like the bed and the pool chairs were a bit worn down. Area was also a small distance from the main town although free transport was provided!

My family stayed in a 3 bedroom pool villa and enjoyed everything about it! We absolutely loved it. It was a short distance from the action of Ao Nang, but the shuttle service offered worked well for getting in to town when we wanted. We liked the quietness of the location. Food in the restaurant was delicious, and the daily breakfast was adequate and customizable. The overall service was impeccable! Every request was met and everyone very attentive. We made great use of the pool, a cooling relief after a hot day in Krabi!!

Our private villa was perfect for our group of 6 people on our trip to Krabi. It feels a little far out, but they provide a free shuttle to Ao Nang, and a shuttle to other places for a small cost. Our breakfast was brought to our villa every morning made to order. The staff is very gracious and hospitable.

It will be good that the web site allows option of selection of child with or without a bed. Breakfast is good however will be a wastage if the serving for children is of same portion as adult. I would strongly recommend that the hotel allow children of 8 and below to stay for free and servce them with smaller portion of breakfast set. This will definitely attracts young family to your hotel given that the individual pool within each villa is already a good selling point. We also noted that the published rate for low season and peak is not really making a great difference. If during low low season, the hotel is able to offer at least 50% discount, it will be excellent.

The floor, rooms and pool were really very clean. The pool can be pretty deep at 1.5m so for families with children, the parents got to supervise the young kids. The location of the villa is pretty secluded with the need of the villas car service to Ao Nang area. Its free of charge as long as its within Ao Nang and at your call anytime. Just give the driver about 20mins to pick you up from outside if you are returning to the villa. The drivers are very friendly people too. We called for room service for the first night and their food taste reasonably well and in good portion. I would suggest the property to include Thais local popular mango sticky rice in their menu and more coffee options such as cappuccino, latte, etc. They only serve black coffee. Its a relatively small property so if occupancy rate is not high, they dont serve breakfast buffet but will serve to your villa. However, the food are pre-cooked before they bring over to the villa. I was initially given the impression that food are cooked by the chef in villa. They typically warm up the food with microwave oven before serving. Anyway, the food were still a little warm when they brought over so I asked for them to be served without putting through the microwave. Fruits option were limited too, only pineapple, watermelon and cantaloupe every day. We also had their BBQ dinner. The seafood were fresh & great. Too much to finish too. Overall excellent service standards and good stayaway from city life.

It was an excellent experience staying at Pimann Buri during our stay in Aonang. The staff were friendly and obliging. Free daily breakfast served in villa was tasty and we were offered 3 choices. Seafood bbq served in villa was impressive with plenty of seafood though we ordred less than number of guests. Free shuttle service to and from Aonang was another plus service.

This hotel is a bit far from Ao Nang city centre but with the shuttle bus service, it just takes less than 10 min to get there, so it's not a problem at all. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The room is clean and tidy, the pool is larger than I expected and it's very clean too. Breakfast was served in room but it was not cooked at the spot. Some of the food was a bit cold already. Overall speaking, I'm very happy with the stay here.
