Loved the villa! Absolutely spotless and even better in person than the photos suggest.
The villa is located within a residential area, walkable to a main road with supermarkets and local restaurants. A 7/11 about 10 min walk away that has a local market next door and local food vendors. There is also a great massage place at the bottom of the road about a 5 min walk from the villa. It’s around a 10 min grab ride into main Ao Nang, never had a problem getting a taxi and super cheap!
Would 10000% recommend this villa!
Just to note the location on booking.com is not accurate, the villa is about 4 min drive from the location given. Just to let people know as we had issues with some transport booked via booking.com as they couldn’t find our location. Attached is a photo of the outside of the villa for reference, it’s located on a road with other villas that are named but the Anastasia only has a number outside.
A small criticism but the villa would have benefited from some sun loungers. There is one provided which is stored in an outside cupboard which looks like you would fall through it when you sit on it. Also if more mugs were available, there are x2 mugs and the rest are tea cups.

La villa est magnifique et spacieuse située dans un quartier calme.
bien agencée , nous avions apprécie le salon de jardin ainsi que la piscine.
La villa offre tout le confort nécessaire pour passer d’agréables vacances. Nous etions 5, chacun avait son espace et c’est appréciable.
Le personnel a été très accueillant à notre arrive.
Nous avons vraiment aimé loger dans cette villa.
Établissement éloigné de la plage et du night market, il faut se déplacer en voiture. Il est facile de trouver des ubers.
Un manuel d’utilisation serait appréciable pour l’électroménager et aussi l’utilisation de la porte d’entrée.
Nous avons eu du mal a comprendre le système.
Plus de linges de maison serait aussi appréciable, une serviette par personne c’est peu.
