What a lovely little place! The staff are so friendly and happy to help with a smile. The villa was great and very clean. The free shuttle service to Ao Nang beach was great running at 10:00am, 16:00 and 20:00. This place is a little out of way of Ao Nang Beach but don’t let this put you off as there are plenty of Grabs and Tuk Tuk services including the villas private taxi which is 300b per way bookable via WhatsApp
The private pool didn’t seem to have been cleaned during our stay. We wasn’t sure even if the filter system of the pool was turned off because the pool was very still which is concerning as 3 days of still water isn’t great.

We had a fantastic stay at Amadha Villa Retreat. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable, and the location is perfect - close to everything yet peaceful and quiet.
The facilities are excellent and well maintained, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
A wonderful place to stay that we would happily recommend.

Calm environment and very friendly and helpfully staff.
Milky water in the private pool (staff said it was harmless to health) which we were not prepared to swim in. Because of the pool we rent a villa...We didn't like that the accommodation wasn't cleaned in four days.

Secluded
While this property has its charms, it is important to manage your expectations regarding its remote location and service levels.
Transportation: The "free" tuk-tuk service is heavily restricted by specific hours. Outside of those times, expect to pay 300B per drop-off, which feels more like a marketing tactic than a guest perk.
Security & Staffing: The resort is unstaffed after 10:00 PM. Because the area is secluded, returning late at night via cab can feel a bit uneasy with no one on-site to greet you.
Amenities & Housekeeping: Be aware that 2-bedroom villas only share a single bathroom. Additionally, housekeeping only visits every two days.
Flexibility: We found the management quite rigid; they refused a 30-minute late check-out unless we paid a 500B fee.
Bottom line: Research the location and facilities thoroughly. This is a niche stay and may not suit travelers looking for standard resort convenience.
