One of our favorite stays in Thailand, such a beautiful villa with a pool!

A beautiful spacious villa with everything we needed for a few days!! Super helpful staff, very responsive via WhatsApp -- they made check in really easy and were there to answer any questions we had about ordering food, daily markets, etc. The rooms were great, the kitchen and common areas were well equipped, and they even helped us arrange massages which was lovely! We had a car so didn't need the tuk tuk service, all the restaurants and the beach were a short (but hectic!) drive away.

Beyond expectation

Everything about this place was amazing from the time we arrived till we left. The staff made our stay that much more enjoyable from the welcome to evey smile to every hello and every transport they organized they really made us feel welcomed and the cleaners did an amazing job each and every day.. The place was exactly like the pictures and it was very easy to organize shuttles to and from the beach, the location us was perfect for us, away from the hustle and bustle but not too far..

Excellent, very clean and comfortable. It is a 10 minute ride away from the beach , but very easy and convienient with the whats app group to sort a taxi Beautiful villa and very private courtyard, with gate and pool. Bbq area. Would highly recomend if you want to be away from hustle and bustle. *.

Construction going on next door to our villa, no 4, which did start at 8am, slightly annoying, but we went out everyday. Did spoil the peace a little bit first thing otherwise a perfect stay

Fantastic stay with the best staff!

We had an amazing stay. The group chat with the staff was fantastic, every question and enquiry was answered almost immediately. The staff were so helpful and attentive and met every single one of our needs, including booking a 90 minute minibus to our next destination. The daily tuk tuks were also fantastic. The property was spotless and so cosy!

Lovely stay, highly recommend

The villa was spacious, clean and well equipped. The staff we encountered in person and via WhatsApp were all friendly, helpful and efficient. The location is peaceful (except some construction noise next door but not the owner’s fault). It is v easy to get about using the TukTuk service and/or Grab/Bolt.

Very spacious, comfortable, lots amenities and the free tuk tuk that’s included helps when going to the local town. The staff are very friendly too. The what’s app group they add you onto makes everything easier.

It has no hot water in the kitchen, only in the main bathroom. The bathroom window fell out but was sorted very quickly and replaced by the evening.

Honestly can’t say enough good things about this villa! From the minute we booked the team reached out to arrange a private transfer from the airport and the service just got better and better each time we got in touch. Quick responsive and nothing was too much trouble. They organised a driver for the jungle tour and visited elephants which was the highlight of our trip! It’s only 10 minutes from ao nang and the tuktuk service is so much fun! Hotdog and coldcat definitely worth a visit just down the road for a breakfast and we also visited the last fisherman and pan beach from their recommendations. All excellent. And yes the pool pillow is the best bit in the pool! Thank you all for a wonderful memorable holiday for us all.

Only the mosquitoes which they work tirelessly to reduce but we went in peak mosquito season so to be expected. They fumigated whilst we were there and there were lamps in every room. It didn’t detract from the stay so I wouldn’t deduct any points for this. I never saw one, but they found me!

Fab villa, it won’t disappoint

Family of 6, loved this villa! All staff welcoming and friendly. Stayed 5 nights, Tuks tuks were good into beach or supermarket and only 10 min ride. Villa is big! Kids loved the floatys and huge pillow in pool, lots of fun. 100% recommend. We also ate at the nearby restaurant recommend by staff Yim just across road and it was by far the best Thai food and again lovely staff and fab price! Thank you we hope to return 😊

Beautiful villa.

The outdoor yard area was very beautiful and clean. The pool was warm and clean as well. We enjoyed the superb help from the staff. Everyone was nice and welcoming. Breakfast was tasty and with great fresh fruit.

The floors were not swept daily and it was very dusty upon arrival to the villa. There were a lot of mosquitoes in the house.

This villa is highly recommended for everyone, especially families for their good hospitality, services and cleanliness.

The hospitality from Pete was great. He was very responsive to all of our requests and provided us with valuable informations that we needed. The villa was superb. Although the villa is located slightly far from Ao Nang beach, the Tuk-tuk service provided by them was really helpful to go around. The pool was an additional bonus. Would also love to highlight the welcome drinks provided upon arrival, the Roselle drink which was very refreshing. Overall, we had a good stay in Krabi and thanks to this villa for making our holiday a perfect one.

We were in Villa 4 and it was perfect. we were three generations of family staying here and the rooms and Villa were incredibly spacious and spotlessly clean. Loads of facilities and a perfect sized outdoor area and pool. The staff are all amazingly friendly and we’re fantastic even when we had some neighbours who refused to acknowledge the villa ts and cs and were incredibly noisy through the night disturbing all of the other residents. They did what they could to manage this for us. They also helped us book trips and ask any annoying questions we had! Thank you so much to all of you!

The location isn’t perfect but they provide a tuk tuk service in to the main areas which is only chargeable after certain hours. The location isn’t a deal breaker though.

Nice Villa, but Wrong treatment

1. Overall our stay was good and nice. 2. In terms of clean, the Villa is excellent and well kept. Everything looks new. 3. Pool was nice and clean. 4. The Tuk Tuk service to Ao Nang beach is very convenient. Staff was very helpful. Good Job.

1. Tuk Tuk service is free till 6PM only. If extended to longer hours will be great. 2. Pool was a bit small for the villa or the numbers of guest staying in (we are 9 of us). 3. We were very disappointed with the way we was treated in the Villa during our stay. We were 9 guys and on the first day of our stay at night, the next door guests (family) was making too much of noise till late night as 4/5am. But we did not complaint it to the management. But the next day, one of the staff showed us a rules and regulations printout that showing “DO NOT MAKE NOISE AFTER 10PM” to us instead the next door Villa guest. This is very wrong judgement which humiliate us as "ONLY GUYS WILL MAKE NOISE". But the next door Villa is a Family who made the noise the whole night. We are very unhappy with this treatment. I would have rate this Villa 10/10 if they did not humiliate us like this.

the location is quite far from Central area and animations (10min by car) the noise of the swimming pool machine at night, the fact the swimming pool was built on the wrong side of the villa: mostly in the shade hence water was cold and not great for tanning You have to order your free tuk tuk quite in advance and text system is not ideal

Best Pvt Pool villa for stay in Krabi for a big group

- Hospitality was really good. We were greeted by the manager of the villa the moment we arrived. - Even before we reached, we were asked about pick up facility from the airport. - The property was ready for us the moment we arrived. - She explained us very well about the whole property on arrival and we were served with refreshing towels and welcome drink. - They provide free tuk tuk service to Ao Nang beach twice a day, to and fro. - The other short distance travels offered by them to the night market and other places were also quite reasonable. - We also got help to book a day trip to Hong Islands at quite reasonable rates. - The property was upto date and very well planned and designed. - Spa services available at the property on request.

suitable for family with 10 people, they charge extra 30 baht per person. Great facility and the house has bbq fireplace, washing machine, big bathroom in master bedroom, surrounded with planting, feels like home. Good wifi connection, staff is so polite, and they even do short briefing for facilities available in the house
