Spectacular!

The Haven is evidently appropriately named, the villa is well maintained and beautiful! The hosts were so accommodating, warm and responsive. I would love to revisit Krabi and stay in the same villa. We were there to celebrate my fiancè's 30th birthday and we had a great experience. All my guests appreciated the comfort of the beds, the fluffed pillows, as well as the spacious rooms and living room. The kitchen is well equipped.

My family stay was excellent. Villa has all the facilities and conveniences. Host was very responsive. Will definitely recommend the Exclusive Villa.

Enjoyable stay!

Very nice modern villa. Spotlessly clean. Beds were comfortable. It had towels and hair dryer. The staff were very helpful with anything we needed. We used the free shuttle and were provided with 2 bicycles which helped us to get groceries. I would definitely stay here again and I would hire a car next time.

I was hoping there would be a washing machine at the villa but there wasn't. Not a big problem we used the bicycle to take to a self service laundrette. The hosts do provide laundry service aswell.

A luxury and comfortable stay at the property.

The property is very clean and comfortable. All facilities are as advertised on Booking.com. The property that we booked has a jacuzzi that can fit 4-8 persons. The location is quite close to Ao Nang Beach and eating places.

The was a local electricity power shortage when we arrived at the property which was out of property management control. It took few hours before we get back the power to the property. We didn't expect this after a longer driving hours to the property.

They asking for money on everything you ask them .. I asked for blankets they charge me .. and the pool and the villa light from outside side it will be off from midnight and we can not control it because it’s the property owner they controlling everything it’s bad service from them

The style, the space, the lightness of the place. The staff brought a surprise birthday cake for our daughter, a very kind gesture.

It wasn't that far from Ao Nang, but every online meal or grocery delivery we ordered ended up being cancelled 30 mins after placing the order.

Owner is very frenly & response fast.. The Villa is so nice.. Well maintain.. The jaccuzi is the best.. Dont worry about your vehicle to park at the premises..The villa feel like home..

its a distance from the beach or eatries.. You need to have vechicle to move around.. Or just simply book a grab or rent a bike/car..

Pleasant experience

The villa is spacious and clean. Our rented cars can be parked just outside it. Nice and quiet environment. We could even stargaze outside. Villa's staff, Ms Pennapa, is friendly and helpful.

Sewage smell in the common toilet which we have to open the window to get rid some of the smell. Mosquitoes seen. There is only 1 wall mount cloth rack outside one of the common rooms, which is inconvenient for the rest to use.

Nice villa in the middle of nowhere

The villa itself is very nice, all three bedrooms are self-sufficient and the living room is quite spacious for 6 people

The staff The staff looked very friendly when we were checking in, they even arranged early check in for us, it was very nice. But, one day they asked us if they can come inside the villa to take our garbage out, I said "yes, but we have all garbage in the outside bin", they replied "ok", but went inside and not only took the garbage but also inspected the dishes for defects. They did find one tiny crack and said that we will have to pay for this crack. We didn’t know if it was there before us or not, and we insisted that we did not crack it, after some argument they agreed not to charge us for that. It was a bit unfriendly The area When you take the exit from the highway to the villa there is an empty square of land, which looks like it belongs to no one and has garbage in plastic bags all over it, I do understand that this land do not belong to The Haven Krabi, but my advice would be to clean it, it really spoils the first impression, because villa itself and property around it is clean.
