We were very impressed with Silk Ao Nang.
We are full time travellers and stayed for 1 month and it was one of our best stays in Thailand
The staff were all very friendly and helpful.
And they went out of there way to assist us.
The apartment was spotlessly clean, great kitchen with everything you needed. We also really liked that they had filtered water machines on each floor. The washer/dryer was great.
Very comfortable bed.
The weekly room clean was communicated with you prior which was very helpful, and they were always on schedule.
Loved that the provided coffee, tea, detergent etc.
The gym was well equipped and pool was always well maintained.
Infact, we were impressed how everyday staff were working on all areas to keep up the maintenance.
It is on a steep driveway down to the main street. We managed walking up and down (a little bit of a workout going up 😆), But the free shuttle service was amazing and runs from 8am to 10pm. We never waited longer than 1 minute to use it.
It is so central to all the restaurants, shops and beach, but being were it is positioned meant it was very quiet. Infact we slept so well during our stay.
We would definitely stay here again when in Ao Nang, and we would book a seaview apartment next time.
If you want a central location, with everything you need and great customer service, then this is the place.

Fantastic apartment with all the necessary amenities. It is located close to the beach and surrounded by malls and restaurants, making it very convenient for exploring the area. The hotel is situated on a hilltop, offering beautiful views. One of the best features is the buggy service provided by the apartment, which adds to the convenience. The apartment gives a perfect sea view with balcony.
I enjoyed my stay and am looking forward to visiting again.
There is no buggy service after 10 pm

The reception desk was open, and we were communicating via WhatsApp, so they knew what time I was arriving. Ladies were super friendly, my room was beautiful, and the pool was right on my doorstep!
