Fantastic location between the many beaches of St. Ives.
Very well equipped. Very nicely decorated and the yellow roses were a lovely touch.
We particularly enjoyed being able to watch the sunrise from our windows each morning.
We never got used to the hills up to the flat!

Views and location were excellent and the free parking was a great bonus , everything you need is there and everything was spotless. The windows were , we think , cleaned mid week which was really appreciated given the location. Wifi was very good. The flat felt spacious for two , which was great . Clear instructions to get keys and everything else.
The Sky box seems to be out of the Ark .... a new one which would be far more user friendly wouldn't cost much per month . Couldnt find BBc1 on the equipment provided the box was a bit of a nightmare.

Location near beach & facilities
Parking for unloading a bit tricky !
Views & nice complimentary bits were lovely & lovely parts of decor.
Nice updates to the apartment, shower etc
Bonus having the private seating area
Washing machine was a godsend !
The patio door from the kitchen to the patio area would not lock with the key & the slide locks were very difficult to open & close & the same with the windows in the 2nd bedroom
Kitchen floor could have done with a deeper clean
