Good location. Beautiful sea view. Clean and comfortable bedrooms,living room. Spacious,clean kitchen and dining room.

Bath room. Poor Odour control system.

Property has one of the best location. The place is homy, clean, and almost has everything you need. The owner is very easy to get in touch with, even gave us extra time to check out when we had a vehicle emergency.

Doesn’t come with its own parking space.

Location to st Ives was excellent, short walk to beach and town. Plenty of delph in kitchen. Good seating both in kitchen and sitting room. Linen was crisp and towels were lovely. Beautiful view from sitting room.

Arrived during UK heatwave a bottle of water in the fridge would have been nice. Alot of road noise and with windows open very hard to sleep at night. Bathroom was very dark as 2 bulbs were gone only one working. Only 1 toilet roll for a 3 night stay for 3 people. The room up stairs and balcony area were very uncared for. I had a frightening experience when plugging in the hairdryer and the apartment appeared to have no trip switch. With a little care this could be lovely accommodation close to a beautiful town.
