About this house rental
One of the best features of this home is its outside space. Upstairs, to the side of the house and accessed from the kitchen, you'll find a big balcony with an outdoor sofa and chairs where you can soak up the sunshine. On the ground floor at the front of the house lies a fabulous, enclosed garden with lawn and a decking patio, and here you can dine al fresco together, laze on the grass, or watch the sun set over the bay with a glass or two of bubbly.
Designed and furnished to a very high standard, the three ground-floor bedrooms are tastefully decorated and furnished, including two doubles and a room with bunk beds. Both double bedrooms have doors opening onto the terrace and garden, with one being en-suite. There is also a family bathroom on this floor, featuring a bathtub and shower – great for families with younger children who enjoy bath time.
With the bus stop on the same road as the house, travelling to and from town and the local beaches is very convenient, so there's no need to struggle uphill with shopping or beach equipment. An alternate route to the beach or town is via the pathway and steps beside the house, though you may wish to catch the bus back to avoid the climb. For those wanting to stay on top of their fitness, the leisure centre is directly opposite, so you can squeeze in a few early morning lengths before breakfast.
