A warm, comfortable stay with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway

We had such a lovely stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and had a really welcoming feel to it. The host was kind and easy to communicate with, which made everything super smooth. A few small touches—like some body wash, toothpaste, a couple more mirrors, and maybe a bit of milk for tea—would have made it even better, but overall, we had a great experience. We’d definitely stay again and would happily recommend it to others!

Great location, especially for us as we were visiting the N.E.C. Good shops locally and good road links . House was very well presented with everything you could need for a stay. Beds were comfortable and house in general was really good. I would definitely stay again. Never used the TV or the Wi-fi so unable to comment on them.

Nothing that would prevent me returning. The house is small but really good. A redecorate in the twin room and replacing a missing wardrobe door in the double is all I could see would need doing.

The size and facilities

Requested ice, was agreed but wasn't there even though it was accepted. Was a long drive wanted a nice cold gin haha. Wasn't too clean. Dining room. Has some orange gunge on the wall in the corner near dining table. A lot of dust and could do with a good scrub.its advertised as the house next door. It's actually number 47 not 45.

I loved the spacious rooms and facilities

It has to be the bed it was very springy and we did not get a wink of sleep all night. The sheets were bobbled. There was no extra sheets, covers or blankets available. Please look into this to improve.

Very spacious and everything in working order

Overall cleanliness was fair, not good or poor. Traffic very heavy in the area. Hard to find at night (put a clear number on the door). Not clear when booking if others were staying in the house too

Location is a huge positive, close to the airport for us. Large accommodation in Birmingham as advertised. Owner was very prompt with his replies and very helpful Fairly large kitchen.

Property is a bit old, door handles were rusted and one came off while using. Some beds did not have bedsheets and there weren't spares.
