About this house rental
Spacious three Bedroom, three and quarter bath. King bed in the main bedroom, queen bed in the second bedroom, two twin beds in the third bedroom. Large Living room, dining room, breakfast nook and open office. Fully stocked kitchen and wet bar.
An outdoor pool and hot tub, and fireplace to roast marshmallows or enjoy a glass of wine watching the desert sunset.
BBQ gas grille with outdoor dining table and seating. Yard space to host a dinner party, or sit and watch the golfers pass by.
This corner lot overlooks the 7th hole on the Mission Hills Golf Course. It is the largest outdoor space on the street due to it being the corner lot.
Walkable gated neighborhood with access to the community pool and two tennis courts.

My wife and I are retired and we spend a good portion of winter in the Palm Springs area. This house was our favorite rental because of the expansive outdoor area, quiet neighborhood and great location.

Outstanding pie-shaped lot which gave stunning 270-degree views of the valley and mountains. Facing north, south and east, there is an abundance of sunshine. As there was only one small umbrella (without a base) provided, obtaining an additional one is recommended if you plan on spending time in the beautifully landscaped yard.
The gated community was well maintained with great amenities. The cleaners, landscapers and pool maintenance contractors were great.
A few things to be aware of: the master shower had very little pressure and took a very long time to heat up. The tap water had an odd mineral taste and, at the owner’s suggestion, we used bottled water for drinking (the ice however was not the best). The house could have benefited from more than 1 TV, and that one was great with cable but not much else as the Amazon firestick was old and not functional. Kitchen was adequately equipped (except for extremely dull knives) and we did have to supplement with a few purchases.
All in all a very nice place, but we won’t be returning.
