In light of the global pandemic, Greenday Vacation Rentals has taken the necessary steps to stop the spread of COVID-19, including self-check-in with the help of smart locks and tablet guides; adding disposable face masks, gloves, and disinfecting agents to the long list of amenities included in the rental; following the cleaning, disinfecting, and sanitizing guidelines published by the CDC; ensuring that the home is vacant for at least 24 - 36 hours before a guest checks-in, and training our entire team about the importance of and 100% observation of social distancing guidelines. That is to say when the day comes and it's time for you to check-out you will feel rested, energized, and healthier than on the day you arrived.
Payment & Cancellation Policy:
A. Payment: An advance payment equal to 50% of the rental rate is required at the time of reservation. The advance payment will be applied toward the rent. Alternative payment options can be arranged by request. The BALANCE OF RENT is due sixty (60) days before your arrival date.
B. Cancellations of Reservations: A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will incur $300.00 administration fee and will have all other payments refunded. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and reservation deposit.

This was my 6th winter working with Greenday Their homes are beautifully updated, service is impeccable, and nothing is too difficult for them to make my stay comfortable. safe and enjoyable. They have earned the highest rating for wonderful vacation in the Desert.

If the idea of waking up in the morning and enjoying a cup of coffee looking out on the mountains as they turn pink during the sunrise then California Dreaming is the perfect place for you.
If you enjoy watching the hummingbirds flit from the lemon tree to a feeder, close enough to reach out and touch, then California Dreaming is for you.
If you love the idea of watching golfers play down the 16th hole to the green, trying to avoid the lake and sand traps, then California Dreaming is for you.
If you love the idea of a spotlessly clean, welcoming place to relax and kick back, then California Dreaming is for you.

Greenday made my stay exceptional. Their attention to detail exceeded expectations. I have rented many homes and this rental was one of my top stays. Roses upon arrival, a transponder to get through the gate and an iPad to use when I needed help. Their response time was immediate.
I would highly recommend a stay at California Dreaming the sunsets from the living room are amazing.

Light, bright and extremely comfortable with everything you need to feel at home. Multiple den-like areas to relax, read, watch TV or take in the views. Eclectic mix of mid-century modern Palm Spring's decor is so much fun.
Super location across from a pool, with mountain, golf course and lake views.
As a bonus, Green Day is spectacular and ensuring that everything is in great shape and they are incredibly responsive. We've already booked to come back.
