A. Payment: An advance payment equal to 50% of the rental rate is required at the time of reservation. The advance payment will be applied toward the rent. Alternative payment options can be arranged by request. The BALANCE OF RENT is due sixty (60) days before your arrival date.
B. Cancellations of Reservations: A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will incur a $300.00 administration fee and will have all other payments refunded. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and reservation deposit.

We arrived at Via Bella in mid-April following a long trip from Florida. As soon as we walked into this beautiful home we were instantly transported to a place of beauty and tranquility. Every little detail had been taken care of and the home was immaculate. We especially appreciated the beautiful roses they had left for us! We knew we were in store for a restful and relaxed stay at 72 Via Bella as our home base, while also indulging in all the excitement and adventure the desert has to offer. Our hopes did not disappoint us, everything was beyond perfect! We feel very comfortable that if we had we had a service request it would have been taken care of promptly. We highly recommend Greenday for anyone who is looking for a luxurious, worry free vacation!

I've rented this property since 2017. Obviously, it has been a place that met my needs so perfectly! My children and grandchildren love it, too and look forward to their visits here.
The location is great, and Greenday has always been most welcoming and available.
