About this house rental
Find your perfect private oasis in Rancho Mirage in the quiet gated community of San Marino. Your beautifully landscaped 2500 square foot 3-bedroom 2.5-bathroom home awaits you.
As you enter the spacious front hall and pass the living room with its upholstered furniture and gas fireplace -- and the dining room with its large table and upholstered chairs -- you pass the internal landscaped atrium where you will take your morning coffee on the days that you forgo breakfast by your pool.
Your kitchen is fully equipped with recently painted custom cabinetry, all major appliances (including espresso machine of course!) and granite countertops. Off the kitchen is your family room where you can enjoy some TV and streamed music through a Sonos sound system.
Beyond the family room is the gorgeous and completely private yard and pool/spa area with large outdoor table and Weber gas BBQ. The pool can be heated if required for an additional fee of $45 per day.
Your large airy master bedroom opens onto both the back yard/pool area and the interior atrium. Attached to it is your master bathroom with travertine floors and walk in shower along with twin sinks, a jetted tub with a view of the garden and a walk-in closet.
Your guests have a choice of two guest bedrooms with queen beds and a Jack and Jill bathroom with its own shower/tub combination.
The atrium is fully planted and open to the sky above. A breakfast table for two encourages coffee, croissants and relaxed conversation, weather permitting.
Your home away from home includes a washer and dryer for your convenience and there is room in the garage for your rental car. Note that in-stay housekeeping services and products are not included with the rent but that there is a vacuum and a floor cleaner available to guests who wish to use them. Guests may make their own arrangements for approved cleaning services during their stay.
You will be required to sign a standard property lease when you confirm your booking. The lease includes a number of restrictions including a cap on utilities and the previously noted extra charge for pool heat.

This place ticked all of our boxes ! We loved the large rear yard which has complete privacy, sun all day and great views of the mountains. It is very quiet with no traffic noise. The beautifully landscaped garden has vibrant colours and is frequented by humming birds, doves and mocking birds. At night the garden becomes magical with subtle lighting. The large low chlorine pool was great for exercise and for cooling off on hot days. We loved having the Sonos music system. The property is five minutes from a supermarket and from good local restaurants. This is outdoor living at its best . You can even pick a pink grapefruit for breakfast - what more could you ask for...

31San Marino is stylishly decorated & very well appointed. The atrium and desert landscaping around the pool and hot tub area are stunning & very well maintained and have a view of the mountains. It really is a very special home and the owner is “The Best” landlord ever!

The photos don't do the property justice. It really is very special! It is nestled in a small gated community which is quiet and private. The desert landscaping is beautiful and very well maintained and the house itself is tastefully decorated and extremely well appointed. We hated to see our stay end! It was fabulous!
