Full disclosure: This beautiful property has a casita above its garage which has a separate private entrance and does not share any walls with the rental property. The space is used for storage by the homeowner and very rare overnight stays. Renters will be notified in advance in the event of its use.

Your health and comfort are our top priorities. In light of the global pandemic, Greenday Vacation Rentals has taken the necessary steps to stop the spread of COVID-19, including self-check-in with the help of smart locks and tablet guides; adding disposable face masks, gloves, and disinfecting agents to the long list of amenities included in the rental; following the cleaning, disinfecting, and sanitizing guidelines published by the CDC; ensuring that the home is vacant for at least 24 - 36 hours before a guest checks-in, and training our entire team about the importance of and 100% observation of social distancing guidelines. That is to say when the day comes and it's time for you to check out you will feel rested, energized, and healthier than on the day you arrived.

Payment & Cancellation Policy:
A. Payment: An advance payment equal to 50% of the rental rate is required at the time of reservation. The advance payment will be applied toward the rent. Alternative payment options can be arranged by request. The BALANCE OF RENT is due sixty (60) days before your arrival date.
B. Cancellations of Reservations: A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will incur a $300.00 cancellation fee and will have all other payments refunded. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and reservation deposit.

Mirage Oasis has spectacular views rarely found like this in the valley. West facing patio offers a vista of the Westin Pete Dye course and the San Jacinto mountains - especially beautiful at sunrise and sunset. The kitchen is well stocked and updated. The TVs are great. Primary bedroom is roomy. The walk in shower is lovely. Ventilation works great. The "Colonial Pool" neighborhood is the most delightful in Mission Hills. We have made new life long friends there and hope to go back!

Mirage Oasis was lovely. A nice three bedroom two bath with incredible views. Additionally, the appliances, utensils etc. were just what we needed. A major plus is the service oriented nature of the manager/management company....Greenday consistently went above and beyond when contacted with any questions or issues (for example-we forgot to take out the garbage - they sent a guy to pick it up). We had no hot water or gas...they sent a guy with in ten minutes. They are responsive, courteous and always available. If we did not buy a home in the area, we would have rented from this company every year.

16 Colonial Drive Review This has been one of the best rental experiences I've ever had! Greenday Properties is amazingly good. I've used VRBO and AIRBNB, almost exclusively for the past 20 years. The Greenday property management team far exceeds any help I've had from these large rental companies. The ease of booking was perfectly managed by Steven Taormina and what started as a one month rental extended to 3 months with the help of Steven. (Our house hunting search lasted longer than we expected.) The condo at 16 Colonial Drive is to die for! If we could have bought this condo my house-hunting search would have been over! The unit is like new, with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms (the upstairs casita was closed for the owner, who never used it). The greatest attribute of the condo is the location. The views over the 18 fairway and 15th tee of the Pete Dye Westin course to the mountains is spectacular. The sunsets over 3 months were fabulous. Walking to the Westin resort is two minutes and although we ate most meals at the condo, the Westin has a great restaurant. The unit is well maintained and the TVs, AC, showers, etc worked to perfection. We did have one issue with the refrigerator, and after checking, Greenday replaced it! This is a condo with neighbors on both sides. This was never an issue. Our condo was the only one with a pool. So the neighbors never were outside on the hot days. And, what a great pool! The water surprisingly stayed cool in August when it was the hottest. The pool has 3 in-pool, bar stools for watching golfers and sunsets. The unit was well stocked with pool towels, bathroom supplies and kitchen ware. We ate most meals in the condo and my wife said the kitchen was extremely well equipped. Mission Hills is a nice gated community and Greenday helps arrange a transponder for gate entry for monthly rentals. The Greenday team is the best. We wanted stronger blinds for the Western sun and Ryan was over to install them. The issues with the refrigerator brought Ryan and Jason to check it out. Any little issue was answered within minutes from the Greenday team. The property is exceptional, like new, everything works, beds comfortable, etc, etc. Also big garage for our large SUV! However, what made it special was a management team that knows what they're doing! Book this property!
