This property is located at the end of a cul-de-sac so you will not have any drive by traffic. It has a beautiful green belt in the front yard which feels like your own private park. The backyard has a breathtaking view of the golf course and the mountains as a backdrop. Located on the Pete Dye course, hole #14 which is the Westin's flagship hole! Soak in the beautiful remolded infinity edge pool and take in the view.
There is a round table outside one of the bedrooms that sits four in the side yard (one of the pictures). In the backyard there is 4 lounge chairs and another round table that sits four. There is a built in BBQ area in the backyard that is hooked up directly to the gas line. No dealing with empty gas tanks!
This 3 bedroom 3.5 bath 3100 hundred square foot house that sleeps 8 has never been offered to the public until now and this property has been completely remolded. They say a picture is worth a thousand words, so enjoy the pictures.

During the High Season I do have a 4 month minimum (Dec 1st thru March 31st) each season. Once that reservation has been booked then I book the shorter stays around that reservation. I take a "Refundable" utility deposit on all my booking for gas & electric. This helps my guest to be mindful. I do have an allotment for each stay that I pay for and any overages is paid by the guest.
