Enchanting, Private Backyard
Fully-gated and completely private, Rancho Modhome epitomizes Indoor-Outdoor Desert Living. The manicured grounds frame the large pool and spa with wonderful full-furnished living areas at each end. At the South end of the yard is a grand outdoor living pavilion featuring a comfortable conversation area, dining for 8, and a dream 8-burner natural gas grill station.
Feel free to swim the length of the large heated pool over to the North side of the yard. You’ll want to spend every evening here, recanting your day while gathered comfortably around the large fire feature. End the day with a Sunset soak in the bubbly spa before heading inside to prepare dinner.
Chef’s Kitchen
Your Gourmet Chef will love the well-equipped kitchen with imported marble counters and ample European cabinetry. Whether you’re making a holiday feast or a midnight snack, you’ll find what you need to accomplish the job with ease and present it with style. High-end primary appliances and a generous list of smaller appliances including Wine/Beverage Refrigerator and Nespresso machine. No kitchen detail was overlooked - from quality knives to high-end cookware. Choose between inside or outside dining for 8.

At one end the splendid King primary suite opens to the backyard and pool with nearby ample closets and bathroom vanity space, and a large handsome shower. At the other end of this room is a work area bracketed with inspirational etageres. This suite also has a large TV. Two well appointed Queen bedrooms share a nice bathroom off the hall, one features a TV, another desk area and even an exercise bicycle (Peloton subscription is unfortunately not provided). Windows in these bedrooms allow the beautiful Southern California sunshine to pour in and warm the atmosphere, and provide views to neighboring desertscape and the Santa Rosa Mountain View beyond. Ceiling fans in each room along with the new AC systems provide the perfect climate control year round. This property is fully furnished and is ready for your California desert adventure!

Rancho Modhome is located on a quiet and beautiful cul de sac in the heart of the Tamarisk neighborhood, one of the best areas of Rancho Mirage. You'll be a at a central location between Mission Hills Country Club and Tamarisk Country Club.
You will pay actual gas and electric costs during your stay ($1500/month Advance Utility Deposit is required), but rest assured there is a large solar array on the rooftop generating much of your electricity for free and there's a Tesla charger available for your use in the one car garage. Additional cars are easily parked in the driveway. Well-behaved dogs are welcome; there's a $150 per Dog Fee unless they are authentic Service Dogs.
No smoking or vaping in the house
This home has a video doorbell for security at the entrance, but no other cameras.
