About this house rental
These creative-type owners have temporarily relocated to Northern California. Seasonal rentals welcome, or longer term also can be discussed, up to two years. Up to two well-behaved dogs are considered.
Your home away from home in the highly coveted neighborhood of Tamarisk in the desert! This bright and comfortable 4 bdr / 3 ba ranch style with all the amenities sleeps seven , and is just minutes from shopping, restaurants, sporting events and hiking. Of course there are lots of places to Golf nearby.
Relax in the fenced backyard with a large pool, spa, tiki bar, fire table, citrus trees and pollinator garden, or enjoy morning coffee in the enclosed front courtyard and walks in an upscale tranquil neighborhood. Small patio accessible off master through slider and guest bedroom/bath at opposite end of the house makes this a great choice for visits with extended family.
Rancho Mirage: Playground of Presidents and Captains of Industry. RM is ideally situated equidistant to the bustling entertainment options of Palm Springs, and the boutiques and fine-dining of El Paseo in Palm Desert. Enjoy a moderate hike up to the Ritz Carlton, or visit the grounds and gardens of Sunnylands, the famous estate of the Annenbergs.
Utilities. We offer $450 credit toward utilities in the rate. Guests can go over that amount when heating the pool in cooler weather. A couple of sits in the spa per week should be fine. Should guests intend to heat the pool, we can arrange a pool heat deposit. We will charge the actual usage.
