Luxury Home located at the beautiful Springs Country Club. Gated community with security. Front entry courtyard and grand foyer to the living area. Skylights provide natural light throughout. New flooring throughout the home as of 2025. Large patio with grill, patio table and chaise lounges for enjoying the palm trees and mountain view. The swimming pool and hot tub are steps away!
Kitchen has granite counter-tops including updated appliances with a double oven, bar seating and adjoining dining room with new table. Large living room with lighted wet bar, comfortable and ideal for entertaining.
All three bedrooms open to the surrounding yard and patios with over-sized sliding glass doors. Two elegant, spacious master bedrooms with walk-in closets and master bathrooms with large showers. One master bedroom features a king sized bed with mountain view. The second master enjoys a queen sized bed with private patio perfect for morning coffee. The third bedroom includes a queen sized bed, adjoining bathroom and direct access to patio.
Many accessible golf courses less than 3 miles away, including Desert Willow and Westin Mission Hills Golf Resort. El Paseo shopping district, with its many shops and restaurants, is less than 5 miles. Enjoy an afternoon touring Sunnylands 1 mile away, a popular destination for presidents and foreign dignitaries dating back to Eisenhower and as recent as Obama. Entrance to Eisenhower Medical Center directly across from The Springs entrance off Bob Hope.
An optional social membership is available for your stay for an administrative fee of $200. The social membership allows access to the restaurants, courts and gym in the community.

I can only "ditto" the previous two reviews. Our two month stay could not have been more enjoyable, as we were exactly where we wanted to be...in the Springs! Jerry and JJ could not have been more responsive and involved with every request, so as to ensure a superlative stay in their most comfortable house. We loved using the fireplace (gas burning), especially since our stay began before the "heat" of the Desert was a constant. We look forward to returning to "our" home in the Desert for two months once again.

We enjoyed every minute of our recent 1 month stay in this lovely well maintained home in The Springs . It was just what we had hope to find. No surprises . The owners were helpful and very accommodating. The best review is that we would love to return to this particular home and toThe Springs . The golfing was glorious too.Thank you JJ and Jerry for sharing your lovely home!

This rental property was very spacious, comfortable and bright with many skylights. It's was great if planning to have house guests since there are essentially 2 master suites and a family room which converts to a bedroom with a door to the main bathroom. It worked very well for our guests. The pool with a hot tub was a close distance away and felt like our own since they're weren't many people in it in the two months of our stay. The views from the master bedroom and living room were outstanding. The Springs provided us with all the acitivities we enjoy: golf, tennis, pickle ball and social functions. The staff is super friendly, very helpful and most welcoming. It was a lovely experience! Last but not least, the owner, was very responsive to our needs and communicated with us immediately if we had any inquiries. Thanks!
