A nice private condo with views out every window. Minutes to Palm Springs, Palm Desert, and The River in Rancho Mirage, but you are in the Much safer Rancho Mirage area, (no homeless robbing you or crazy people walking the streets like in Palm Springs). Great hiking trails minutes away. 6 miles from the Palm Springs AirPort.
3 bedrooms each with its own bathroom. 1 king bed, 2 queen.
1 min walk across the street to the 16th hole of the famous Dinah Shore golf course where the WPGA held its Dinah Shore tournaments for the last 20 years.
Walking along the golf course, enjoying the ponds, wildlife, and fruit from the trees, or walking or biking on the streets in the large 1,920 acres community with very few cars driving by.
Inside the condo, you will find a large living room with stunning views through 2 sliding glass windows leading out to 2 decks. lots of space with a large-screen TV, fireplace.
Beautiful streets for walking in this safe gated community. Probably the best walking area in the valley. This condo is between Palm Springs and Palm Desert each 13 min away. Enjoy many of the amazing restaurants in any of these areas. The Gelsons grocery store is 5 min away along with a Costco 7 min away and a Whole Foods 15min away.

Extremely clean. Everything we needed was available. Nice filtered water; dependable TV/Wifi; clean/new appliances. Safe location. Close to pool/spa. Highly receommend this property to anyone. A little noisy close to Gerald Ford, but not did not detract from great stay.
