Stayed at Ronell's place for a 8 night business trip with my spouse. Convenient to everything needed for a short rental. Coffee shops, restaurants, grocery store all walking distance. Othe reviews stated parking was a issue. It was NOT for me all week. Once or twice had to park maybe 2 houses down but a short walk is good for the soul. The washer and dryer are working and located in the unit.Owner is improving the rental with landscaping and upgrades. Furniture is new and beds are comfortable. Ronell will also provide you with great places to eat and sights to see.This is my new place to stay in NOLA!

We had a great stay at Ronnel’s property. He was quick to respond to all communication. The house was clean and had all amenities our family needed. Great location in the heart of Lakeview. Water pressure in the shower was amazing!

Easy to access, clean place, very quiet and peaceful. Would love to stay here again next time we visit.

The check in was delayed 4hrs because the unit was cleaned yet. The couch is worn out, very saggy in places.I would like some money back,
