Love the look and cleanliness. Love the attentiveness of the maintenance guy. Disliked small issues like the knob on shower was not working properly

A couple of the beds were broken the toilet in the master bedroom was rocking back-and-forth. A cell phone was left in the property and we were not able to retrieve it. The house did not communicate our issues very well and did not resolve them

Very spacious & clean. Looked just as advertised
There was nothing to clean small messes like broom or dust pan no cleaning products at all. They need an elevator it is not for people who can’t climb stair 3 flights.

Size of the unit. Location was convenient to many areas of the city, great local restaurants and shopping for groceries, sundries.
The property was not clean upon arrival. The property needs maintenance. We appreciated the Hosteeva team hearing our concerns and reimbursing our costs for cleaning supplies. Once pulled together/ the unit was nice. A little maintenance will go a long way!
