The location was nice.
The water pressure in the master bath was very low, there was a slow drainage in the second bathroom. The door from the master bedroom to the balcony, that door is warped so was hard to get to lock when we arrived. The floor plan was good, but the down stairs room, needs to have a bathroom down there.

WE LOVED MOSTLY EVERYTHING! The house is ample for a large number of guests, has safety measures within the complex, parking is accessible, and easy to get around to any area of NOLA you may need. It was comfortable, had great beds, linens/towels were plenty, and the common area was just right for our group. Communication was easy with property management.
While it was extremely easy to get the access code information upon check-in, the locks were challenging to navigate. ON A POSITIVE NOTE - we had a local rep that was there immediately to help us get in.
ONLY ONE NEGATIVE - Sadly, during one of the evenings that we were getting ready to go out and waiting for an Uber on the steps, a homeless passerby assaulted (smacked across the face very hard) one of the guests. Luckily, we were all ok and safe once we ran inside and no additional medical attention was needed. While, this is not an issue for the property, it is a minor safety issue based on location.

The look and location. I loved that it was gated and that it had a two car garage.
Sooo many stairs! And there is only a half bath on the main floor. The door leading to the garage would not lock from the outside. The couch and chairs could use a thorough cleaning, so many stains on them
