Very clean, bed comfy, nice location.
The shower needs a new cold water faucet, it fell off as soon as I touched it. The shower head can’t be repositioned so the water gets all over the floor.

The location, and the security(locks) codes.
It’s way too expensive for the size of the room. Especially with no kitchen. I understand the location and the carnival prices but 2000 is ridiculous. It felt like we paid for a hotel room for twice the amount of money.

This spot is in an excellent location-especially if you have access to a car, and the neighborhood feels very safe. The coded locks made coming and going easy and added another level of security that was appreciated.
The late check in (4pm opposed to most hotels’ 3pm) and early check out (10am against hotels’ 11am) was a bit frustrating. While I *was* offered “early check in,” for 8am, it was at a cost of $57 and the option was only presented to me at 1pm. By 4pm (check in time), no codes had been sent to me via Booking.com, email, or text, despite “prechecking-in” being completed roughly five hours earlier. Booking.com was no help, I had to fish out a customer service provider. I was then informed that my reservation had been “on hold,” because I have a same state driver’s license. The frustration came after submitting my driver’s license when I made the reservation earlier in the morning, and having no communication regarding the hold (and I had already stayed at this space just three weeks earlier). While I do love the code-check in, maybe actual people at a front desk still has its perks.
