Welcome to our stunning five-bedroom historic home in the heart of New Orleans! This beautiful home is the size of a whole home but it is located inside of a Fully Updated 3 Unit Home Building with 2 other condos also available to rent! With 11-foot tall ceilings and ample natural lighting, this newly renovated gem effortlessly combines modern comfort with timeless charm.
Featuring two king beds, a queen bed, a full bed, and three twin beds, our condo comfortably accommodates large groups or families. Each of the three full bathrooms has been tastefully updated, blending contemporary amenities with historic allure.
**This a raised home! You will need to walk up a full flight of stairs to enter the home! ** You will have to walk through 4 of the bedrooms to get to 2 of the bathrooms with one bedroom being set apart from the others its own small bathroom. The first bedroom serves a bedroom and can serve as a living room if you wish to used the full size Day Bed with trundle bed as couch instead! After you walk through the first bedroom you enter the kitchen and living room with all new stainless steel appliances and bar height table! After the kitchen you will enter the long corridor hallway of the shotgun style condo. There will be 4 doors on the left hand side of the corridor. The first door on the left will be the brand new laundry stack-able washer and dryer. The 2nd door features a full bathroom with a beautifully renovated 6 foot walk in shower! The 3rd door leads to three bedrooms and another bathroom * Note* you will have to walk through the bedroom to get to the 2nd bathroom and to access each of the bedrooms. Of the three bedrooms, the first one features a King Bed, the 2nd one features a twin daybed with a twin trundle bed, and third room features a queen bed! Going back to the hallway you will see the 4th door on the left which goes to the 5th bedroom which has a king bed and a full bathroom. Every Bedroom has their own smart Roku TV for you to sign into your own TV apps!

We get our towels from a linen company. Sometimes the towels might have blotches (i.e., bleach stains, burn marks, or tears). Our housekeeping does their best to ensure there are no hairs in the towels, but if one is found, it's likely from our housekeeping staff. We strive for this to never happen. If you're not satisfied with the linens, please let us know and we’ll gladly swap them out for you. Please make sure to book for the correct number of guests, as linens are prepared accordingly.

I stayed overnight with some friends to celebrate my birthday. The home was clean, nicely decorated, and fairly spacious. The driveway can fit at least three cars, plus there is street parking. The hosts gave us good directions and getting to the property was a breeze. As a group of women, we felt safe staying here. I'd definitely book another stay in the future.

It was a little awkward the way the house was arranged… I should have paid closer attention when looking at the photos. There were seven of us, and it was a little awkward that there was not a living room. The only way we could all gather together was on barstools in the kitchen, and there was no television in that space for entertainment. I do realize the pictures should have clued me to this, but I think it would be nice to have that explicitly stated in the listing. Also was a little irritating that we could never get the ceiling fans in the middle block of bedrooms to work.
