Spacious, good location, plenty of toiletries, stylish interior, easy access, the garage, thorough instructions, safe neighborhood
Beds too firm for my comfort. House needed deep cleaning, such as dusting of curtains/fans/window sills. Possibly offer bedding (comforter) for pull out couch.

Our host sent all the necessary information and responded quickly to any questions we had. The townhouse was absolutely gorgeous. My family and I would love to come back and do it all over again.
There was nothing about our stay that we didn’t like. Everything was perfect. We were a group of 7 and there was plenty of space for all of us to enjoy together.

Location was close to downtown with a quick Uber/lyft. Not far from airport. Felt safe and had parking.
Customer service did contact me after check out and was very nice and tried to give credits towards another stay.
Dirty facility - hair and dust on all base boards in bathrooms, cracked tiles, 2 nails through floor, dining chairs could hold weight (cheap chairs) kitchen tap is lose and leaked. Maintenance had to come to at least fix nails in floors and tried to tighten the seats--- had to take time from our expensive trip and friends to meet Maintenance.
