Enjoy this luxurious Kauai condo next to the Makai Golf Course at Princeville Resort. This small resort features only 42 units, pool, spa and outdoor barbecue area. Conveniently located near our North Shore office at the Princeville Resort Center. Stop by and meet our guest concierge who can help you plan Kauai events and activities.
PARRISH PROFESSIONAL CLEAN – Built Upon the Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA) “Safe Home” cleaning program, we further expanded our existing high standard of housekeeping at our properties where hospital-grade cleaning products and protocols were already in use. Our goal by layering on the recommended new steps is to provide our guests assurance and peace of mind that when they stay at any Parrish Kauai property that every effort was made to ensure a high level of cleanliness, sanitation and disinfection.
The Parrish Collection is a locally owned and based real estate management company that specializes in vacation rentals on Kauai and Maui. We had a great time-we were there for the golf and beaches and love that end.
There was an electrical problem at the washer and dryer-a cord was run under the rug, but the front door couldn’t open all the way and a bit of a tripping hazard.
The plug in the main bathroom wouldn’t work for any type of appliance. The bedroom slider was also broken-it have been nice to be able to get some breeze. The property just need a bit of maintenance.

Property was clean and comfortable and communications via text were very clear and helpful. The only downsides was the bed in the second bedroom was wore out and very uncomfortable. The king bed in the main bedroom was comfortable. The lanai outdoor couch pads were in dire need of cleaning.

Great condo to have an amazing vacation in. Quiet, modern, extremely comfortable, had everything we needed to make our stay easy & magical, love the kitchen!
