We invite you to enjoy the peaceful, old-Hawaiian feel of Kauai’s North Shore and the upscale yet understated elegance of Princeville with a visit to our beloved home. Located on the 8th fairway of the world-class Makai golf course, our second story corner unit condominium, with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, boasts over 1500 sq. feet of comfortable elegance and the largest floor plan in Emmalani Court. Whip up a pineapple mojito and enjoy the breathtaking views of the fairway and the ocean beyond on our spacious lanai, or take a short stroll to the bluff and witness the spectacle of the sun sinking behind Bali Hai.

Recently updated, our home is painted in soothing tones of blue and sand. Modern stainless steel appliances in the well-equipped kitchen await your culinary creations—or barbecue by the pool and jacuzzi which are located conveniently across from our unit. Enjoy the open floor plan with lots of light from a myriad of windows with gorgeous views beyond.
The large master bedroom, with newly-remodeled private bath, has a king bed and opens onto the lanai. A convenient pocket door may be closed to separate this suite from the rest of the condo for privacy. The guest suite, with 2 twin beds and sunny window, also has its own full bath. Luxurious cotton linens and towels await. While we enjoy cooling tropical breezes year round, we are air-conditioned throughout (each room with separate controls) for your comfort.

We love our home for its location, location, location. Ideally located on the Princeville walking path, we are but a short walk to the world-class 1 Hotel Hanalei Bay with award-winning restaurants and spa, not to mention the Terrace Bar which has what we believe to be the best sunset views on the island, overlooking Hanalei Bay and Bali Hai. You can walk to secluded Hideaways beach for relaxation and fantastic snorkeling or to the Robert Trent, Jr. Makai Club Course for a challenging but breathtaking round of golf or a game of tennis. A short drive will take you to Princeville Center with a full-size supermarket, restaurants, shops, ice cream, and other conveniences, or to the charming town of Hanalei with a plethora of restaurants, nightlife, galleries and shopping. Hike to waterfalls, kayak a river, snorkel with turtles, whale-watch in winter, and enjoy miles of secluded beaches in the area that surrounds Princeville.

Beautiful property, location was outstanding. Halfway between Hanalei and Kīlauea. The north part of the island is just beautiful. There was a fun art & live music festival by the golf course. The condo is spacious and has an open floor plan. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and the rooms are spacious. Very relaxing to drink morning coffee and read a book on the lanai. Jeffrey was very communicative and easy to work with. Would stay here again in a heart beat!

What a wonderful place! Jeff was more than welcoming and even reached out with a phone call when we first booked. The condo is spacious and perfect for a group or family. AC worked wonderfully and the sunsets from the condo were unmatched! Plenty of kitchen utensils, towels, beach chairs etc that are this a perfect stay!

The condo was in a perfect location for us. Much larger than appeared in photos. Easy to walk to a couple of beaches and resorts with excellent restaurants. Master bed was very comfortable and the updates in bathroom and kitchen were beautiful and well done. Host communicated with us from time of booking to check out. We have not experienced this kind of attention from other hosts. We are looking forward to rebooking in the future.

Great unit! Our family had a great stay in this condo that overlooked the 8th green at Makai! It exceeded our expectations. Nice well equipped kitchen was very appreciated and the expansive living area was a hit as well. Nice to have the air conditioning after a warm beach outing. Would definitely stay here again!

This was our first time back since our honeymoon, celebrating my oldest graduating high school. The condo was perfect for our family. The layout, the bedrooms, updated bathrooms, large lanai, the list goes on here. The best part was the location in Princeville. We couldn’t believe that we could walk to our favorite beaches, and even several restaurants, both for breakfast and dinner. Jeff, was amazing too. Check in was easy, and I appreciated him taking the time to check in on us. We will 100% be back. There is something special about the north shore of Kauai, and this condo felt like it was the perfect spot.

Jeff was amazing in making sure our questions are answered and our stay is worry-free but honestly, check in process was super easy close to many beaches and Princeville amenities. We had a wonderful stay on our stay at the condo. The location is excellent and is very close to beautiful beaches, shopping and dining. The property is very quiet and the grounds are beautiful. The condo is updated and equipped with everything that you would need for a week in Kauai. The property owner, Jeff was one of the nicest people that I have ever dealt with. We will be back for a return visit!

This was hands down our favorite place we’ve stayed on the island. The property was super clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was amazing! It’s just a quick walk to swimming, snorkeling, and even a spectacular sunset view just steps from the property. What really made it special was how much the property owners cared and wanted to make sure we had a great vacation. It honestly felt like home, and we’re already hoping to come back! Great stay and wonderful condo!! It was the perfect location. Had some issues with the air conditioner in the living room but we were able to open windows and turn on ceiling fans to keep it comfortable. Communication with the property owner was amazing. They kept us updated on what was happening with the a/c. Both bedrooms had working air conditioners so sleeping at night was no issue. The pool was out of commission while we were there but we were notified in advance by the owner. Again, great communication. We weren't put out by this because we don't go to the islands to hang out at the pool. Fabulous stay and would book again and recommend!! Thank you, Jeff!!

This condo was so comfortable and the location was perfect! We were able to walk to area attractions and the grounds and neighboring golf course were beautiful. The bed was super comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed, we also used the bbq area, which was so close. Parking was a breeze as well!The unit also had great views and we ate breakfast with the birds on the patio everyday. We definitely would stay here on our next trip to Kauai!! Should also mention that the beach chairs, umbrella and snorkel gear were much appreciated!!

Our stay at Jeffrey’s property was great. The property is an upstairs corner unit right off the 8th hole of the Princeville Makai Golf Course. The property was very peaceful. Never really noticed the other people living in the neighboring units. Bedrooms and living room are super spacious. Also a nice collection of beach going gear in the 2nd bedroom closet. Each evening of our stay we would walk along the golf cart paths towards the ocean and witness some amazing sunsets and views of Bali Hai. As a bonus, the albatross were nesting during our stay in a protected area along the path. Short driving distance away are Foodland grocery store and towns of Hanalei and Kīlauea which have fun restaurants.Communication with Jeffrey was great from the onset of making our reservation to after our stay ended. We had very minor issues that Jeffrey took care of immediately. I also want to recognize the on-site manager, Chris, who was amazing. He is extremely friendly and generous with recommendations for restaurants and activities.I would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Princeville.

Our stay was wonderful. The location was easy to find and parking was perfect. The condo had everything we needed. Beach towels and chairs were available. We also had the use of an ice chest for when we were away on beach days. The 2nd floor lanai was great for sitting and reading in the morning while drinking coffee or eating breakfast. I didn’t have to worry about being attacked by roosters like on my last trip to Kauai. The king size bed slept well and the shower was large.

We were pleasantly surprised with this place! Not only the condo itself, but the location! Short walks to watch the sun sets, or grab some pizza. Easy in and out location. Very comfortable bed and accommodations. It would be perfect for a family with two kiddos, as the front bedroom has two twins and its own bathroom, along with a door to partition the two spaces off! We loved the beautiful flowers on the grounds and all the geckos everywhere! They are so cute! You also have access to the pool, pool house and bbq’s. For a treat you can walk to the very end of the road to the 1 Hotel for a fancy breakfast or make reservations for dinner! It’s beautiful. We can’t wait to visit again! Thank you.

We have stayed in several properties on Kauai, and this was absolutely the best. The location is great, between Anini and Kalihiwai beaches and Hanalei. Also love that Foodland right down the street. The beds were comfortable, the master bath shower was very nice, and the property was clean and organized, with plenty of houseware and kitchenware. The air conditioning helped out on warm afternoons. The complex was great and has a really nice pool. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Aloha Our host (Jeff) was outstanding, as was the property we stayed in. The manager (Chris), of the complex in which our condo resided, was very attentive, helpful, and informative about the island. The pool and hot tub on site were temperature controlled and the grill’s (2) in the pool area were very clean, easy to use, and had all the cooking utensils you would need. The guests and residents were all very nice and helpful. Princeville sits on the north side of the island close to the pacific ocean which has many beautiful views from sunrise to sunset, always on the horizon. Wake up and go to bed with the sounds of the ocean hitting the sand. Many places close by to walk and or hike to see outstanding views of the cliff’s, mountains, beaches, many variations of unique flora, trees, shrubs, and vista’s. However the island has so many other destinations to check out from there food and coffee trucks, the Kauai coffee plantation, the Napali coast, The many different small towns with their unique Hawaiian made jewelry, clothing, and gifts. There are many beaches to explore. We found Anini Beach to be the best for snorkeling and it is close to the condo. The trip down to Waimea Canyon and up to the summit is breathtaking with so many picture stops that you can’t get anywhere else. Have been to Oahu and Maui before and in my opinion Kauai is the best of the 3. Not nearly as commercialized which has kept this paradise pristine for current and future generations. Mahalo

Myself and 3 girls friends stayed here in Princeville. The property location is in a very nice neighborhood and beautiful views and close beaches. The place itself is clean and spacious, and nicely decorated. There was a slight issue with check in, but I don’t want to spoil the review because the host Jeff was more than accommodating and did everything he should have to fix the situation. Long story short just be careful with the front door as it can lock without you realizing. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place to anyone. Close to the pool/hottub and Chris the property manager is very friendly and helpful as well. Kauai was a dream come true and I hope to be back one day!

Jeff was very responsive and easy to work with. The condo was as described and very nice. There were a couple maintenance things but they were not a big deal. I do wish there were washcloths in the kitchen, and more than 1 in each bathroom, but that was small potatoes.

Beautiful area, loved that you had washer and dryer as well as ice chest and chairs to use at beach. Loved the patio and the beautiful birds that frequented the area. We didn’t know how to operate living room air conditioner.. after several minutes we found the remote on bar behind post .. felt that should have been out on table and easy to see since condo was very hot when we got there. Master bedroom and bath was lovely however 2nd bedroom needs to be updated. Second bedroom beds were uncomfortable and squeaky. 2nd Bedroom air conditioner was loud and turns on and off frequently. The welcome book could be updated.. top page showed discharge instructions.. nothing about instructions for a/c. Sunsets in area were gorgeous
