This luxuriously designed newly renovated home offers all the comforts of a high-end private home, with incredible partial views of the ocean and afternoon sun on both balconies only minutes from the beach! This 4 bedroom 3 full bath home was completed by a team of interior designers and boasts every upgrade to give you that lux designer beach house feel - distressed oak flooring, a HUGE kitchen with eat in island and full suite of gorgeous white and gold Cafe appliances including double oven, LED lit fridge and freezer w filtered drinking water and ice maker, and microwave and dishwasher, brand new glass enclosed fireplace, top of the line NEST air-conditioning and heat, tankless water heater, Samsung washer dryer in laundry, and every light switch complete with dimmers in every room to suit any mood, and sky lights throughout for plenty of light during the day. The owners suite was built with added sound proof walls perfect for afternoon naps or a light sleeper, an executive desk for work with Wifi booster and direct ethernet connection, and master bath boasts marble tile and working jetted tub for ultimate relaxation.
This property offers shared tennis courts, heated pool, jacuzzi and sauna included, and a private entrance to Sunset Ridge park complete with trails and breathtaking views of the Newport Beach peninsula and children's play area. Great ocean breezes will make your stay very comfortable.
PARKING: room for 4 cars, 2 cars in the common parking area and 2 cars in the driveway. Camper vans are not permitted within the community.
HOUSE RULES: You must be 30 years of age. An additional damage deposit may be applied if we decide to accept your reservation. A refundable security deposit of $2K will be required.
NO PARTIES: No parties, gatherings without permission or excessive noise allowed or you will forfeit all or a portion of any charges or portion of refundable damage deposit. No excessive noise or gathering outside after 9pm. No extra guests other than the guests listed in your group.
NO SMOKING: No Smoking on the property. Evidence of smoking or vaping inside of the home can result in loss of damage deposit and forfeiting a portion of charges.
NO PETS: No pets allowed on the property at any time.
COVID 19: For last minute reservations, we may require proof of residency to show that you have a home to return to after your stay and proof of employment.
