About this apartment rental
The location is perfect if you want to be walking distance to all the best shops and restaurants In WAIKOLOA beach resort. Our condo at the Fairway Villas is right across the street from one of the Big Island’s best beaches, Anaeho'omalu (aka A-bay). After a long day of site seeing and exploring, golf or just hitting the beach you can enjoy a dip in our infinity edge heated salt water pool over looking the 4th hole and water feature of the WAIKOLOA beach golf course, or grill your favorite local catch on the BBQ. The house is fully stocked with everything you might need to cook your favorite meal. You’ll also have access to beach towels, reclining Tommy Bahama beach chairs, and of course a cooler to enjoy the beach like a local. We’re local right here in WAIKOLOA and are just a phone call away if there’s anything we can do to enhance your stay so please don’t hesitate to reach out! Aloha and a Hui Hou (until we meet again) 🤙

Condo exactly as advertised, quiet beautiful location. Comfortable and well equipped, 5 minutes walk to shops, 10 minute walk to the beach. Property manager was very helpful, highly recommend the condo to anyone.

The location of the property was probably the most appreciated as it was walking distance to shopping, grocery, beach and restaurants. The condo is on the 3rd floor which is no problem, but the elevator had such a bad smell our entire 8 days there that it was almost nauseating to take it. There was not a comfortable place to sit or sleep. The beds were all terrible and all of the furniture looked liked it came from a second had store. Even the patio furniture was very uncomfortable which was sad as we usually love to sit outside for breakfast. There were long black hairs on the floor and baseboards which was gross and ant traps sitting around in the kitchen. There was no soap for showering so we had to use what little liquid hand soap there was upon arrival. The blow dryer which looked like it was from 1980 did not work. The kitchen was pretty nice. After speaking with other people staying in the complex, we paid up to $100 more for our unit per night and did not have as nice of accommodations. I would not recommend this unit unless they upgrade their furniture, especially the beds and hire a new cleaning service.
