Explore Waikoloa Beach Villas O33, a Big Island penthouse condo furnished with designer touches throughout. The vacation rental is thoughtfully supplied with most of the items you will need for feeling right at home during your Hawaiian vacation, including beach chairs, cooler and a small wagon for transporting things to the beach!

Just steps from this Big Island vacation rental, you’ll find yourself on your way to one of Hawaii’s finest beaches. 'Anaeho'omalu Bay (A-Bay) is a picturesque white-sand beach, offering a wide array of activities. The pristine, crystal-clear waters are perfect for SUP, snorkeling, swimming, or just relaxing.

Once you are here in Waikoloa Beach Resort, you will find so many things to do you might have a hard time deciding where to start. Scenic helicopter tours are less than a mile away. Surfing, fishing, hiking, horseback riding, zip-lines, and snorkeling are just a few of the activities nearby. Weekly luaus, fine dining, and spa services are within walking distance at the Marriott and Hilton Hotels.

Primary bedroom has a comfy king bed, TV, and a view of the golf course. The en suite bath contains a jetted soaking tub and separate shower, with dual sinks in the vanity. The secondary bedroom has a Queen size bed, plus a twin Aero bed with linens. The unit also has a washer and dryer inside. Please note the unit is on the third floor, and there is an elevator as well as stairs just outside the front door.

We enjoyed our weeklong stay at this lovely rental. The place had all the amenities we were looking for and was within walking distance of a grocery store, coffee, restaurants and the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent facility overall. Clean, nice place with beautiful view of the golf course. From the listing it looked like the pool was right outside the door, but it was a short walk from the unit on the opposite side of the street. I would add more details in the listing about the unit. Explain that it is a 3rd floor unit, but there is an elevator, and explain where the pool is in relation. The drains in the sink and bathtub shower were slightly clogged and slow to drain in the hallway bathroom. Snorkel gear was also unusable—missing parts and broken equipment. My time at the property was wonderful and I would definitely go back to the same unit. Having a code to get in the front door would have been a lot easier than a key in a lockbox.

This was our first time we have stayed at the Waikoloa Beach Villas. We were very pleased with the villa “O33”. Communication with Hawai’i Life Vacations Management and their on island Property Manager Lisa was fantastic! Very quick to respond to all of your questions or needs. The cleanliness of the unit and the ambiance of the entire property was amazing! The kitchen is well stocked with everything you will need to cook your meals. There is an extensive DVD collection, plenty of board games and an extensive library for your beach reads! The garage is well stocked with beach chairs, snorkel equipment, beach sand toys and a beach wagon to carry your things. The pool and work out room are a mere 50 steps away from your front door! The shopping area directly across the road is very convenient. When we return to the Big Island, we will definitely be staying at the Beach Villas again. Mahalo!

We’ve stayed at 4 different properties in the waikoloa beach villas over the past 6 years. Although overall this condo was nice, some of the negative issues made it the least desirable of all of the properties. Cons: The carpet needs to be deep cleaned or replaced. We had problems getting hot water and sufficient water pressure at times. The ice maker wasn’t working initially. The screen door out to the lanai needs to be repaired. Pros: Lovely layout, good assortment of dishes, pans, starter supply of dish soap and paper products, nice grill on lanai, elevator access to 3rd floor, courteous property manager, nice pools. And, of course, we love the location of Waikoloa Beach Villas - convenient to shopping, restaurants and beaches.

Overall it was wonderful! Very well stocked in the kitchen. The beds comfortable (master bed has a tiny bump in the middle but otherwise very comfortable) Loved the lanai🌺.. the only suggestion would be to have instructions on how to use the tv and dishwasher. And the WiFi was turned off 2 days before we actually left. Otherwise it was perfect!!

The condo itself and location is great but the management company was not impressive. Arrived to a condo at 8pm to find not cleaned- beds were u unmade and dirty, towels on bathroom floor, fridge full of food, trash not empty and used tampons in them. Dishwasher did not work. Took hour to get someone to come out to put new bedding and towels on but I had to sleep in uncleaned condo until they came next day to clean for real. Was told they new as of Tuesday it was not cleaned yet it was Saturday. Was told they couldn’t do anything about dishwasher all week while I was there so had to hand wash all dishes all week. If you are coming after me verify this has been fixed or replaced. The condo itself is awesome but owners should consider a different property management company. I have never left a poor review of a rental property until today but sleeping in a condo that someone else used without it being thoroughly cleaned was gross.

This was the second time my wife and I have stayed at the Waikoloa Beach Villas (different units). Both times we have been very pleased with the accomodations and the cleanliness of the units and entire property. The garage was also well stocked with beach chairs and snorkel equipment which we made great use of. When we return to the Big Island, we will definitely consider staying at the Beach Villas again. One suggestion we would have is either increase airflow to bedrooms or allow AC temp to be set at 72 vs 74 degrees F. The bedrooms did get warm at night. Mahalo!

We chose to stay at this wonderful condo and we were not disappointed. The condo is exactly as shown in the photos. The furnishings were nice and the bbq on the lanai was great for cooking meals. Location was perfect. We had a very short walk to the gorgeous pool and to Kings and Queens Marketplace. It’s about a 1/2 hour drive into Kona and 15 minutes to some beautiful beaches. One of the bathtubs had a drainage problem but the host was notified and hopefully they will get that fixed. A nice big wooden cutting board and a salad spinner would be great additions. Will definitely recommend this property and hopefully return one day.

Thank you for another amazing vacation on the Big Island. We honestly feel like we walk into our own home when we are here - we are so familiar with the unit and what it comes with. We are very comfortable here and appreciate all the extra details. Love the short walk to the pool, BBQ’s and morning coffee on the Lana’i and all the beach gear. I probably say this each time but this is the best unit - which is why we don’t stay anywhere else. Can’t wait to be back. Mahalo!

Nicely furnished and super clean condo. Top-floor unit has nice golf-course views and no noise from upstairs neighbors. The outdoor kitchen on the lanai was great; I grilled out there several times during my stay. Kitchen is really well stocked, and the whole apartment is thoughtfully furnished. Convenient location just across the street from the Queens Marketplace with shops, restaurants, and a grocery store. Property manager is very responsive. The WiFi seemed good, though I didn't use it for anything particularly demanding. I would be happy to stay here again on a future visit to Hawaii.

Certainly the best equipped and maintained condo we have ever stayed at on any Hawaiian island. The kitchen is so fully equipped that you could prepare a gourmet meal without having to buy anything but the food itself. Likewise there is an ample supply of beach towels chairs and snorkeling gear We had a problem with water flow when we first arrived but the Property Manager was on it and had it fixed promptly. We loved the peace and tranquillity of whole subdivision and the cool breezes on the lanai. The proximity to the Island gourmet food market is also a plus. We plan to come back…..

We would have liked to set the A/C a little cooler than the limit of 74F, and we found the King sized mattress too hard for our tastes. These are just personal preferences. This unit has a great golf course view and very nice lanai to grill from and enjoy meals. Also, there is every type of beach-going equipment you could want in the garage (chairs, umbrella, pool noodles, cooler, snorkle gear, etc.)

The only thing that was a little problem was ants in the kitchen. We tried to keep our food in zip lock bags, but there were still ants. We didn’t let that stop us from having a wonderful vacation.
