Non-Smoking: All of our vacation rentals are Non Smoking. Many of the gated condo complexes are completely smoke free (including e cigarettes) within the entire gated complex.
Hair Dryer: There are hairdryers in each bathroom.
Baby Equipment: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please refer to our Concierge Service page on for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.
No Pets: All of our vacation rentals are pet free.
Parking: Parking for one car in the garage. Additional car is on a first come, first serve basis in any unmarked/visitor parking spots. Maximum two cars allowed. Must have parking pass on dashboard throughout your stay. Parking Passes provided upon arrival. Oversized or commercial vehicles are not allowed.
Swimming Pool: Two community swimming pools.

Upon entry to the unit, you will be going up stairs to the second floor to reach the main living area, kitchens, master suite, guest bedroom, bathroom, and washer and dryer. The upstairs loft space is ideal for a little getaway. The swimming pool is just steps away! This vacation home is a perfect place for a relaxing vacation!
The Waikoloa Beach Villas are a gated condominium community in the heart of the Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. Centrally located across from the Waikoloa Queens Marketplace, Island Gourmet Market and Kings Shops for great shopping and excellent dining. Anaehoomalu Bay Beach is a short 15 minute walk or a few minutes’ drive from the Waikoloa Beach Villas.
All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

The condo itself is lovely and worked perfectly for our family of 5. The location is great also very close (walkable) to shops & dining. The property grounds are also beautiful and very close location to the pool. When we arrived the door code that was given to us did not work after several attempts. It took sometime to reach someone as it was after office hours so after a long traveling day that was not pleasant to deal with. We finally got into the condo and it was great! Well stocked with everything you could need for the kitchen a starter supply of soaps/detergent etc. it would have been nice to have some extra bath towels as there were basically enough for 1 per person so I had to keep washing them everyday. The biggest issue was that there was no internet in the unit for 3/4 of our days. We had work to do in the mornings so this was a BIG issue for us. When notifying the office they didn’t seem bothered by it. They scheduled the company to come look at it between 8-9am the property manager didn’t show up to deal with it we had to be there to deal with it we weren’t even given an apology for the disruption. All in all it was a lovely stay and we enjoyed this property and the big island we just weren’t thrilled with Resortica the property management company!

Every thing was great!! However, the washing machine needs a plumber!! It's brand new and fills with water even when off.....then it smells of serious mildew!! probably the inlet value or???? Plumber should know!Thanks again rest was wonderful!

Great property for a larger family. Everyone had their own space. Location was excellent; we were walking distance to shopping and dining. The unit was stocked with all of the necessities including laundry soap, trash bags, etc. It made traveling with the whole family easy and enjoyable.

Great place to stay! Clean and comfortable in a nice development. Walking distance to the shops, and though a little longer walk, still walking distance to a great beach. We had a great time here. Only minor mention would be that we had a full-size SUV and the garage was a tight fit for it. If you leave food out you will get tiny ants, but I'm sure that's common throughout the island. We will likely return here again.
