We have stayed at other Waikoloa vrbo rentals and this was by far our favorite! The unit was so inviting upon arrival--lights on, music playing and even an amazing tropical fragrance!! The location was prime distance to shopping and the beaches/pool, both by foot and by car. Super clean and stocked with everything we needed and more. Easy check in/out process...we will definitely be returning to O2!!

Our family (2 adults, 2 teens) loved this rental. The condo was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, and it had everything we needed and more. Checkin was easy, and Michelle (property manager) was friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for our adventures exploring the island, and we loved the proximity to groceries, restaurants, and beautiful beaches.

We spent 6 amazing nights at Beach Villas O2 after spending 4 nights in Volcano Village. What an amazing contrast of climates! The place was even more beautiful than the photos. Everything was so clean and organized, with any supplies you would need for cooking, laundry, going to the beach, etc. I enjoyed sitting out on the Lanai early every morning for coffee and in the late afternoons for a drink or two. The gardens are beautiful and you will see several birds (including a giant turkey that struts around), geckos, mongoose, and a very friendly and beautiful grey cat (we called him Anthony). We are an active and adventurous family of 3 but it was hard to not spend all of our time just relaxing at the home. I wish we could have spent more time there and I was sad to leave. This unit has a great floor plan and is on the quiet side facing the golf course. There was no noise from the units above us in mid April. The pool is just across the way and was lovely. It is a short walk to A-Bay and if you are so inclined you can walk or run the 2.5-3km along the shoreline access trail and be at the Hilton to see the pools and dolphins. Otherwise you can drive there and pay a fee to use their pools and amenities for a day. The Island Gourmet Market is across the street and a great place to pick up a few items (although expensive). If I ever have the privilege to come to the Big Island again this is the complex I would stay at, and this unit was exceptional! Thank you so much!!

The location was less than a five minute walk from the Queen's Shopping Center and a few minutes more for the King's Shopping Center which has a grocery store, plenty of great restaurants, and fabulous shopping! We stayed at this wonderful condo for 2 weeks over Thanksgiving and early December. A ground floor unit ideally situated in a beautiful complex steps away from the Queen’s Marketplace, we found everything just as described. Having stayed at other condos in Waikoloa and single family homes in Waikoloa Village, this location was by far the best. Close to 2 pools, quiet, clean and well equipped, we totally enjoyed every aspect of our stay.

This property was everything and more than we expected. The furnishings were very comfortable and the place was stocked with everything we needed to have a great time. The pool area was well maintained. The gym had good cardio equipment but could have had a few more weights. Other than that it was perfect. We will stay again for sure.

Love coming to this property for staycations. Wish check-out was at noon instead of 11:00 a.m. Understand that property needs to be cleaned for next guest but since check in is at 4:00 p.m., I think check out should be no earlier than noon. Really enjoyed our stay. Don’t want to leave.

Our family of 4 stayed here for a week and it was absolutely perfect! The condo is super clean and up to date. It had everything we needed- kitchen supplies, boogie boards, beach chairs/umbrella, cooler etc. Loved that it was on the ground floor, we had coffee out on the lanai every morning. This unit is also very close to the pool and gym, although we didn’t use those much! The location was awesome as a home base for our explorations. It’s a short walk to queens and kings village, Abay beach and the famous Lava Lava restaurant! We would 100% stay here again if we come back to the Big Island! We highly recommend this condo for anyone looking for the perfect Waikoloa rental!

The beach equipment is now in the second bedroom closet instead of the garage along with the vacuum and extra towels. If someone is staying in that bedroom there isn’t much room for clothing in the closet.

The Queen's race was cancelled but we decided as a paddling crew to still visit Kona and support local businesses and admire Kona. The property was exactly as pictured but in person was even better. The "check-in" process was simple, the decor and home were comfortable, well-stocked and really felt like home. We didn't want to leave. The proximity was perfect and check out was a breeze. Would totally recommend and plan on booking a trip with the ohana and booking this exact VRBO rental again.

This is a great condo in a fantastic location across the street from the Queen’ Marketplace and a .7 mile walk to A-bay. We walked to A-bay just about everyday during our visit. Great “safe”beach for swimming and snorkeling. The overall grounds and gym were clean and well maintained. Pool and hot tub were also very clean and pleasing… and not crowded at all. Upon arrival the grill was not working. I sent an email late in the evening and the management company responded that evening and we’re on site the next morning to fix it Overall, excellent stay, and excellent communication with property management from booking through the entire stay.
