Waikoloa Beach Villas is a 120 unit luxury villa development located in the heart of a world class resort destination, the Waikoloa Beach Resort, on Kohala’s sunny gold coast. Unit K3 is a lovely 2 bedroom / 2 bath unit on the garden level in the desirable “K” building, facing the fairway of the beautifully manicured Waikoloa Beach Golf Course. This unit is perfect for those who want to stroll or play in the wide open common area backyard.

This luxurious unit includes:

~ Living & dining area: 1209 sq. ft. living area featuring Hawaiian/tropical style furnishings and artwork, central air conditioning, queen size sofa bed, dining table for 6; 40 inch flat screen TV, blue ray player, Bluetooth enabled stereo system; iPod docking station, wireless internet and telephone (with free calls anywhere in North America);

A very nice 2 BR unit on the ground floor adjacent to the golf course and close to all amenities. Definitely would stay here again.

Super convenient to shops, food and beaches. Easy drive to Hilo, Volcano National Park and Kona.

We loved our stay in this condo in Waikoloa. It was in a super convenient location, right across from a shopping area with Starbucks, nice grocery store, restaurants, movie theater, yoga studio, and stores. And a quick walk to a gorgeous beach behind the Marriot hotel (A-Bay). It was also a great base for exploring other parts of the island.The lanai is lovely and we appreciated the grill. The pools in the condo community are as pictured-- very nice and enjoyable place to take a dip or relax. We were traveling with a 2 1/2 year old, so it was nice to have that option for something easy to do post naps. We also very much appreciated all the beach supplies. You really don't need to bring anything of your own. We thought the beds were comfortable. We never figured out the A/C, but really didn't need it. Moreno was a great communicator, and we had everything we needed to check-in with ease when we arrived. Thank you for opening up your beautiful home!
