Beach Access, A-Bay Beach, a 5 minute drive. Our beautiful luxurious two-bedroom, two-bath penthouse condo located in a private gated community. Enjoy your vacation in a tropical paradise at the Waikoloa Beach Villas. From our third floor, enjoy beautiful mountain and fairway views, tropical breezes, and the tranquility you deserve. We have a local agent and Principal Broker for Hawaii Signature Properties Joe Morris who lives close by and is able to assist our guests if there is a need. Our home is designed to feel like a tropical home away from home. Living/ dining area is 1209 SQFT, living area featuring Hawaiian/tropical furnishing and artwork, central air conditioning, comfy couch and love seat, 62 inch smart tv, wireless internet, dining room glass top for 4, cathedral ceiling with bamboo ceiling fans. The lanai /patio: large private lanai with views of the golf course/mountains, built in summer kitchen wet bar , including Viking Professional stainless steel BBQ gas grill, hood, granite countertop, teak table with 4 barstools and a comfy teak bench. Kitchen: breakfast counter with 4 barstools, granite countertops, mahogany cherry cabinets, tile floor, stainless steel appliances,wine refrigerator, desk/chair, all of cooking and eating utensils and lots of spices. Master Bedroom: spacious with sterns and foster king size mattress, tropical inspired furniture,, dresser and night tables with plenty of storage, ceiling fan, large flat screen tv. Master Bathroom: walk in and enjoy, double vanity sinks, walk in shower, separate toilet, and a walk in closet. Guest Bedroom: private room with queen size bed, tropical inspired furniture- dresser and night tables & flat screen tv. Guest Bathroom: single vanity, tub/shower, toilet. Stackable, full washer + dryer for your convenience .

Walking distance to the sparking shores and white sand beach
Anaeho' omalu Bay where you can snorkel, scuba dive, ride a glass bottom boat and take amazing sunset photos. Across the street from the condo is Queen's MarketPlace that has a Luxury in Cinema Movie theater, Starbucks, upscale shopping, foodcourt and lots of restaurants.
A short 15 minute drive north is the world famous Hapuna Beach and Mauna Kea Beach.
Once you are here you will find many things to do - you might have a hard time deciding where to start. Helicopter sightseeing rides are less than a mile away from the condo, sucking in Kona, hiking, horseback riding, zip linings, snorkeling , luau's, fine dining , swim with the dolphins at the Hilton. This is Resort living at its finest.

This was more upscale than the usual, down to the quality of the flatware. We were very comfortable. The bed in the Master was great; the bed in the 2nd bedroom didn't seem as firm.

The place was perfect. The attention to details made the stay such a great experience. Beach chairs and gear, beach towels, and bikes. The best VRBO I have visited to date. Well done.

We spent 5 night at the condo and we were thoroughly pleased. In fact, I would say that it actually exceeded our expectations (which I will admit were guarded). Sometimes you really can’t tell just from photos what a place really looks and feels like. As soon as we arrived we felt good. The condo is clean and nicely appointed. In fact we think the furniture and decor was attractive, comfortable and tasteful. You are in Hawaii!The apartment is well stocked. Just about everything you might need is here. Plenty of towels. Even has beach chairs, bikes and snorkeling gear. The primary bedroom is large, and comfortable, as is the bathroom. Second bedroom is a Queen bed, generous sized closet, chair and dresser. The hall bathroom is with tub. And the location is perfect. You are easy driving to all destinations on the leeward side of the island (Kona and Kohala coasts). And you are walking distance to shops, restaurants and just a wee bit further to one of the nicest swimming beaches.But do NOT think urban or downtown, just because you are walking distance to shops and restaurants. No, you are in a nice quiet community and this unit being on the 3rd floor and view of the golf course is delightful. Parking is easy and there is an elevator. There are 2 nice pools, a lending library and workout room.And….you are very close to what proved to be our favorite restaurant…..Lava Lava Beach Club.The hosts and property manager are ready willing and able to respond to your needs.
