Well-appointed, spacious master bedroom features a comfy Cal-king size bed, with en-suite. Deep soaker bath tub with marble counters and floor, dual vanities, glass enclosed shower, compartmentalized commode and large walk-in closet. Second bedroom features two extra-long twin beds, (with option to convert into a comfortable Cal-king bed) and the second bath is conveniently located adjacent.
Kitchen features deluxe appliances, granite counters, and is fully equipped with all cookware, dishes, utensils, Cuisinart, Keurig coffee makers, and electric tea kettle; it really has everything you’ll need. The spacious lanai overlooking the Kings’ Lake and shops is the perfect place to start and end your day…coffee in the morning while you watch golfers from the 4th tee of the Beach Course. Or evening cocktails, take in a sunset, and gaze at the shimmering lights reflecting off the Kings Lake. Also, located right on the beach is Lava Lava Beach Club a great restaurant, with live entertainment. There are also many other beautiful beaches only a short drive away. Explore Mauna Kea snow-capped mountain to Hawaii Volcanoes National Park where you can see how active Kilauea volcano is.
Golfers, there are two championship golf courses for your enjoyment: Waikoloa King’s Course and Waikoloa Beach Course. Plus several other world class golf courses in close proximity.

Each shopping center also has a convenient market place for groceries, deli, souvenirs and other essentials. My husband and I stayed with our 12 and 14 year old children and it was perfect. The villa was spacious and amazingly clean. Everything you need is there for you to enjoy your stay. The kitchen has everything if you desire to cook or the restaurants and market are a very short walk away. Chairs and beach towels are provided as well. The property is gorgeous and we enjoyed the pool and the grill. The property manager was available and amazingly helpful. We would go back tomorrow!!

It was nice and clean and in a good location. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. The one thing I didn't like is the AC can't be adjusted lower than 74 or it will shut off. I am a warm sleeper and this was not great for me. Its advertised as having AC should note that the ac will be limited. Pool area is smaller but when we went we were able to get the last seat available.. Unit is very nice and clean

It’s a beautiful condo, well equipped and perfectly located. We stayed there last fall and were going to return. Two days before our stay was to begin, I was hospitalized. We will definitely try again.

The property is conveniently situated, quiet, and well maintained. The pool was always busy--it might be a bit small considering the size of the property. Otherwise, the unit's decor is very tasteful and captures the Aloha spirit. The kitchen is roomy and very well stocked with utensils. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. Most importantly, the lanai--where we spent the bulk of our time-- has an impressive view of the lagoon and Kings Shops framed by a plumeria that thankfully covered the view of golfers teeing off.

On arrival, the unit was clean and welcoming. Our only problem was with the cleaning service. After we had been in residence for a week, we received a telephone call at 5;25 AM. I did not get to the phone before a message was left and that message was so garbled that I could only understand a couple of words. I was asked to call a number which I could not understand to schedule a cleaning. We never were contacted again so did not get a weekly cleaning. Other than that, our stay was fantastic.

This 2nd floor condo was perfect for our too-short vacation. The complex is right next to beach access, the Lava Lava club, the Queen's and King's shops, a gas station and the Marriott. It has a lovely medium-sized infinity pool & hot tub. The unit came with everything our family needed, and we made use of the boogie boards, beach towels, cooler, and tote bags for the beach. Others in the complex were friendly, although I would recommend keeping a low profile since--even with perfectly behaved kids--a few made it their business to repeat obvious rules spelled out on signs that no one had even breached! The condo, though, was great and we'd love to return.

We absolutely loved this condo and it was perfect for our family (3yo and 6mo old). Everything was spotless and comfortable in the condo, the pool area was amazing, and the location was perfect - walking distance to restaurants, shops, and a grocery store, and within a short drive of some of the most beautiful beaches I've ever seen. It felt like staying at a resort but without the resort price tag or amenities we didn't need. Would 100% stay here again.

We arrived to the unit to be greeted to Hawaiian music and a beautiful view. The unit is situated in a wonderful location close to lots of shops and dining. We enjoyed our stay. The unit was well equipped with all of the things we needed to make our stay cozy and fun. We used the beach supplies many times and were happy to find even an ice chest too! Our only complaint is that they were doing construction on the floors outside of the unit. We were not notified about it. One day we came home to staples sticking out of the front door walkway. The next day the workers told us they would be doing some more work and it would be ok to walk on in 3-4 hours. We were gone for almost 6 hours, to come back and find that the cement was still wet in some places and ruined his new sandals. Other the. That the stay was wonderful and I would still recommend it to anyone and stay there again.

The Fairway Villas at Waikaloa were perfect for our family's trip to the Big Island! The location is ideal for exploring the entire Big Island. Conveniently located within walking distance of the Kings' Shops, Queens' Marketplace, and A-Bay...and only minutes from Hapuna Beach and Mauna Kea Beach. Also the perfect "base camp" for day trips to Pololu Valley, Waipio Valley, Volcanoes National Park, and more! This condo is quiet, spacious and comfortable indoors and out with a well equipped kitchen for family meals on the lanai. Relax in the community pool and hot tub or enjoy a workout in the gym. If you are visiting the Big Island, this condo is not to be missed. Mahalo!

Great stay on the Kona side of the big island. Convenient to many of the sights and the few excellent sandy beaches. We love staying in this due to proximity to restaurant and grocery store options.
