To enhance your beach experience, we provide beach towels, beach chairs, an umbrella, boogie boards, snorkel gear, a cooler, and sand toys. You only need to bring your swimsuit!

● Damage Waiver (Optional) – A smaller, one-time non-refundable fee that protects you from

guests. This covers minor accidental damages that may happen during your stay.
● Safety Deposit – A higher refundable fee that’s returned to you as long as there’s no damage
during your stay. Refunds are typically processed within 2 to 14 days, depending on your card
provider.

My Wife and I (and our adult Daughter) enjoyed a fantastic stay at this conveniently located condo unit in the Waikoloa Beach Resort area.The Unit was in a gated community and within walking distance to many great restaurants and shopping. They had everything that we might need for just relaxing or "beaching it". The Unit was supplied with plenty of paper towels, cleaning products, etc. EVERYTHING WE NEEDED!!!!It was very close to Hapuna Beach (one of our favorites), and it was a great location to travel up to Tex's for Malasadas, and on to Akaka Falls and Rainbow Falls and Hilo and to Volcano National Park (and Punaluʻu Beach "Black Sand" Beach to see the Honu); and the Pu'uhonua O Honaunau National Historical Park (City of Refuge); and the Manta Rays at Night and snorkeling excursions. Keep in mind that almost everything on the island of Hawaii is a distance to travel to; BUT the "road trip" is part of the adventure and experienceWe only wish that we had more time to enjoy the Big Island of Hawaii; because there is so very, very much to see and do!!!Mahalo nui loa!

Our family of five loved the stay at this condo. I appreciated all the gear (sand toys, snorkel sets, beach towels & chairs, sun umbrella etc.) they had available for us to use. The pool of the complex is heated and fun to use.

Great communication before arrival, which was quite helpful. The condo was well-stocked, and the provided consumables were more than enough for our stay. The beach gear was plentiful! We would definitely stay here again.
